What is a Business Model?
Business Model Cavas
A business model describes the rationale of how an organization creates, delivers,
and captures value (Osterwalder et al.2010).
- A simple, relevant, and intuitively understandable concept while not oversimplifying the
complexities of how enterprises function.
- Nine basic building blocks to show the logic of how a company intends to make money.

- Covering 4 main areas of a business: customers, offer, infrastructure, and financial viability.

- A blueprint for a strategy to be implemented through organizational structures, processes,

and systems.
Business Model Cavas
It is a visual representation of the 9 key building blocks that form the
foundations of every successful business.
