    Dear Sir,
    As per above mention subject and references we are submitting you to work
    completion report,, the work for repaired of 2 MVA,6.6/0.433 KV DistributionTransformer.
    Distribution
    Following work for transformer Repairing observation.
    1) Testing of Transformer before opening
    opening.

    2) Removed all old oil from main tank.


    3) Removed all HV & LV Coil from main tank.
    4) Made new HV & LV Coils.
    5) Ovening of core coil assembly.
    6) Cleaning of all accessories & Painting
    7) Cleaning of main tank & Painting.

    8) Stage testing of core coil assembly.

    9) Tanking of core coil assembly.


    10) Tightening of all nuts and bolts for main tank.
    11) Filled new oil in main tank and filtration.
    12) Final Testing of transformer
