after its publication.
In case there arise any discrepancies, all will be settled in accordance with the prevalent Indian Law and all
disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Dhanbad Court only.
You are also requested to kindly send the details of your bank’s name, A/c no., copy of PAN Card, cancelled
cheque in original or an original bank e-mandate form duly signed and stamped from the authorities of the
concerned bank, copy of GST certificate, valid contact no. and email id linked with your bank for creation of
a vendor code in our company.

Terms of payment:
100% within twenty one days of submission of proper and complete bills as is mentioned in the Purchase Order.
