This certificate was first issued on 6th May 2019 and will remain valid as long as the test methods and/or factory
production control requirements included in the harmonised standard, used to assess the performance of the declared
characteristics, do not change, and the product, and the manufacturing conditions in the plant are not modified
significantly.

The monitoring assessment will be done before May 2020

 TD/RSX – Rectangular duct for smoke control.

 Galvanized steel sheet, single-compartment smoke extraction duct with 4 sides exposed.
 Rectangular range dimensions up to 1250x1000 mm and thickness 1 mm.
 Pittsburgh longitudinal joint.
 Longitudinal reinforcements: each section incorporates two stiffeners composed by a 16 mm pipe with reference
“RURA OC. 3/8”” by Alnor®, placed at mid of the section length, distanced 330 mm in between.

 Flanges with reference “P30 S” by Gebhardt|Stahl®, made of galvanized steel sheet of 0.8 mm thick, fixed to
the duct each 50 mm in distance by welding spots.
 Section are linked to each other by means of corner flanges with reference “Corner SL30/3” by Gebhardt|Stahl®,
nut and bolts M10x20 mm and clamps with reference “G-Clamp PLUS” by Gebhardt|Stahl® (six placed at each
long side of the duct section, distanced in 150 mm between them, and one placed at the middle of the short
side).
 Sealant reference used “FIRECRYL FR” by Soudal
 Hangers are made of M10 threaded rods with two M10 nuts. U steel profiles with dimension 21x41x2 mm are
placed at the end of these rods.
 Maximum distance between hangers: 1500 mm.
 Maximum distance between hangers and joints: 240 mm.
 Distance between lateral of duct and axis of hanger element: 50 mm
