2. Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

 100% Cash US Dollars upon signature

In case of PO cancellation, the down payment will not be refundable

2. VAT
The mentioned due VAT has been calculated at Sayrafa rate. However, the due VAT
should be paid by the client exactly in the same way and same amount as the Company
pays it to the Lebanese authorities currently or following the latter’s increase or change of
the Initial Rate (the “Modified Rate”).
Should the Lebanese Authorities reject, challenge, amend or modify in a way or another the
above Initial Rate or the total VAT sum due on invoices related to this agreement, the
Client shall additionally pay to the Company , despite its previous payment of the VAT at
the Initial Rate, the difference between the Modified Rate and the Initial Rate upon the
Company’s first demand.

3. Validity
Offer validity is 2 weeks from current proposal date.
Above package prices are valid when this offer is ordered as a single complete
order.

4. Delivery
One week

5. Prices
Prices are in US$ and exclude VAT.

6. Warranty Period
12 months after installation or 3 months after material delivery to site whichever
comes first

7. Working Hours
All works will be carried out during normal working hours (i.e. 08:00-16:30,
Monday-Friday).

Any requirements outside normal schedule, must be agreed on with the Tetracom's
project manager, and may be subject to a cost premium.
