Italian Meatballs

Measuremen Ingredients
t
⅓ cup plain bread crumbs
2 tbsp canola oil

1 piece Onion
1 pound Ground beef
1 pound Ground pork
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Permesan cheese
¼ bunch Fresh parsley
3 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Dried Italian herb seasoning

Procedure

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs and milk until combined. Let sit 15 minutes.

Step 2

In a large bowl, using your hands, combine beef, pork, sausage, onion, and garlic; season with salt and
pepper. Gently stir in bread crumb mixture, eggs, Parmesan, and parsley until just combined. Form beef
mixture into 1 1/2" balls.

Step 3

In a large, high-sided skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Working in batches, sear meatballs on all sides
to develop a crust, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a large bowl or plate.

Step 4

In same skillet over medium-low heat, bring sauce to a simmer, then return meatballs to skillet. Cover
and simmer until meatballs are cooked through, about 8 minutes more.

SAUCES:

• BUFFALO

1) In a small pan, melt ½ cup of butter.

2) Combine the ½ cup of hot sauce, 1 cup of banana ketchup, 1 tbsp of worcestershire, ¼ cup of brown
sugar and 1 tsp of chili powder. Bring to simmer while stirring with a whisk.

3) As soon as the liquid begins to bubble on the sides of the pot, remove from heat, stir with the whisk,
and set aside for use.

• TERIYAKI

1) In a small sauce pan, mix ½ cup of brown sugar, 1 cup of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of white vinegar, and ½ tsp
of ginger powder.

2) On medium heat, bring the mixture into simmer and add minced garlic and cornstarch slurry.

3) When it thickens, turn off the heat and add sesame seeds.

4) Enjoy the sauce.

• CHEESE

1) In a small pan, melt 2 tbsp of butter and add 2 tbsp of all purpose flour. Mix it until the flour absorbed
the butter.

2) Add 1 cup of evap milk and mix until it thickens. When it is thick, add 1 cup of desire cheese and mix
unti it melts.

3) Adjust the taste and texture if you are not satisfied. Add orange food coloring to so that the sauce has
color.

• ITALIAN

1) In a small pan, sauté minced onion and garlic. Add the 1 cup of italian sauce and bring it to simmer.

2) Add 2 tsp of dried thyme and oregano.

3) Add 1 tsp salt and ground pepper to taste or adjust to prefer taste.

4) Set a side for use and enjoy.

• HONEY GARLIC

1) Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir until translucent, 3 to 4
minutes.

2) Stir in, honey or brown sugar, and soy sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring
occasionally, until flavors combine, about 5 minutes.
