BUSINESS PLAN

I. BUSINESS CONCEPT & MODEL

The Philippines, known as the "Rice Granary of Asia," boasts an abundant

and diverse landscape that has made it a prime hub for rice cultivation. The
cultivation of rice has been deeply imprinted in the cultural and agricultural fabric
of the Philippines, playing an essential role in its history, economy, and daily life.
Aside from Filipinos having the title of the rice granary of Asia, Filipinos also love
to eat rice. They make it the most important food on the table rather than the
main dish.

In fact, when they eat, rice is always present. Up until they started to
develop and create delicacies and desserts out of rice, Adding sugar to it and
making it a delicious food that everyone would love. Even foreigners tend to find
those desserts made of rice, like Biko, Puto, Kutsinta, Pichi-Pichi, and many
more.

The Philippines is abundant in rice, and a lot of different desserts are made
out of it. Puto cheese is also a must. Filipinos love something sweet that has an
aftertaste of saltiness. With the use of rice flour, eggs, and yeast, puto cheese
can be created. A delicious Filipino delicacy with a texture of fluffiness and
softness that is ready to serve at your table at any event.

cheese that is resting on top of the fluffy and soft puto we love. Let us keep the
originality but add a twist that we could not resist. That is the amazing puto
cheese.
