BALANCED DIET TO CONTROL HAIR FALL AND IMPROVE HAIR GROWTH

LIST OF FOOD TO ADD IN YOUR DIET

01. Green leafy vegetables like Spinach, Beet Greens , Lettuce etc. - at least 2-3 times a week.
02. Green beans like French beans, Legumes, Broad beans, String beans, Wal, Chawali,
Gawar etc. - 2 times a week.
03. Steamed sprouts - 2 times a week.
04. Raw salads- Carrot, Beetroot, Cucumber, Tomato, Radish, Sweet potatoes etc. cut and add salt,
pepper, dash of lime.
05. Dry beans like Rajma, Yellow beans, Black beans, Kidney beans, Soybeans etc. - 2 times a week.
06. Mushrooms, Paneer, Soya, Tofu, Chola - Once a week.
07. Nuts like Walnuts, Almonds, Avocado seeds, Apricot, Pumpkin seeds - 8 to 12 on Alternate days.
08. 1 Glass of Milk OR bowl of Curd/Yogurt per day.
09. 1 Spoon of Ghee per day OR slice of Cheese per day.
10. 2 fresh fruits per day - Cut & Eat with fruit peel/skin. No Juice.
Fruits like Apple, Orange, Papaya, Strawberry, Blueberry, Kiwi etc.
11. All Dairy products, Eggs- 3 times a week.
12. Prefer Olive oil & mustard oil - 3 times a week.
13. Have enough 3 to 4 litres of water per day.
14. Have 2 to 3 cups of Green tea or Hot water every day.
15. Seafood like Oyster, fish, Mackeral, trout, salmon - not more than 2 times a week.
“Have a Balanced diet. Avoid High Protein Intake, Regular Whey Protein and extreme diets.”

LIST OF FOOD TO AVOID

You can have once a week. Reduce the Quantity & Frequency if you can not stop-

01. Deep fried Chicken, Red meat


02. Avoid Groundnuts, fries, Chips & Snacks.
03. Fried food - Wada, Samosa, Puri, fried Papad etc.
04. Excess Sugar foods
05. Fast food - Pizzas, Burgers, Canned food etc.
06. Chinese food - Agino moto or Chinese salt is harmful for hair.
07. Bakery food- Toasts, Khari, Patties, Puffs, Rolls, Doughnuts etc.
08. Soft drinks & all kind of pre-packed juices.
09. Coffee & Tea - restrict to 2-3 cups per day
10. Strictly NO SMOKING.
