DUST PLUG® FEATURES: ULTRA BEND® FEATURES:

• Rigid backing designed for flat surfaces
• Unique construction allows for custom fin placement
in every row
• Multiple fins create effective seal construction
• Each row of pile has pile directors at the base to increase
compression set resistance and improve long-term performance
• Dust Plug Widths: .500˝ (12.7mm) to 2.43˝ (61.7mm)
• Dust Plug Cut Lengths:
Standard piece-cut: .390˝ (9.91mm) to 12˝ (304.8mm)
Standard kiss-cut: .390˝ (9.91mm) to 4˝ (101.6mm)
• Pile Heights: .130˝ (3.3mm) to .750˝ (19.0mm)
• Pile Densities: Very high – custom densities available
• Fiber Materials: Polypropylene, nylon or fire-rated
• Fins: Center and outside fin options for each pile row
• Fin Heights: Even or above the pile
• Fin Options: Clear PP fins or Ultra Soft Touch® non-woven fins
for quieter operation
• Colors: Black, white, grey, beige and brown
• Designed for high volume or unique applications that require solid
performance without use of a fin

ADHESIVE OPTIONS:
3M PSA
• A premium adhesive specially formulated for painted/powder-coated and
low- energy (i.e. PVC) surfaces
Hot Melt
• Most cost-effective and universal application usage. Custom adhesives
are available for complex applications
Foam Backed
• Rough porous or contoured surfaces and applications which require
an adhesive bond
A WIDE RANGE OF PACKAGING OPTIONS:
Continuous on a Reel
• Allows for cutting to different lengths or sizes at the end user
Individual Ready-to-Use Pieces
• Individual pieces cut to the correct size and ready for use. Also, available
in kiss-cut or die-cut shapes
Kiss-cut of Die-cut Continuous Backing
• The best choice for a dedicated workstation with room to mount a reel
of product. Easy peel and stick feature with a continuous backing for easy
removal
Individually Bagged
• Kits can be bagged with one or more plugs in one or more sizes.
