To whom it may concern,

I am writing to formally request permission as the GNHS School Band Organization President, to use
the multi-purpose gymnasium on February 13 from 6:00 PM onwards and the entire afternoon of
February 14 for the Valentine’s Fair event.

Purpose and Schedule:

February 13 (6:00 PM Onwards):
Soundchecking and preparations for the upcoming event on February 14.

February 14 (Whole Afternoon):

Event Day: “Pulling My Heart Strings” Gig Event

The entire afternoon will be dedicated to hosting our event, which includes music bands performance.
We understand the importance of adhering to the venue policies and regulations and assure you that
all necessary precautions will be taken to ensure the gymnasium is returned in the same condition it
was provided to us. Our team will be responsible for any setup and breakdown activities, and we are
committed to complying with any rules or guidelines set forth by the venue. Moreover, we will
coordinate with the venue staff for any additional requirements or assistance needed during the event
days.
