will be carried out by the Second Party and can be
witnessed directly by the First Party.
: 18L jerry can that will be exchanged with empty jerry cans
from the Second Party.
: Bank transfer upon collection, on the same day at the time
agreed upon by the Parties.

Form of Cooperation Program

All Parties will cooperate in the Used Cooking Oil Purchase program, which is a product
collection program from the “First Party” and will be exported by the Second Party to
countries that are partners with the Second Party to be later utilized and/or processed to be
used as biodiesel.

Article 2
Cooperation Program Mechanism

1. The Second Party will collect the Used Cooking Oil that has been put into the
Jerrycan in the First Party area, (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”).
2. The Second Party will collect the Product as referred to in paragraph (1) of this
article, when communication has been carried out by the Parties using 18L jerry can
that has been fully filled with the Product, in accordance with the collection schedule
that will be agreed upon by the Parties, i.e. each product is available at least once a
month.
3. Price revision (if any) will be made before the product pick-up day agreement.
4. The First Party must sign the Goods Receipt which will be provided by the Second
Party from each pick-up.
5. In order to manage the quality of product, the Second Party has the right to refuse
the purchase if the Product does not meet the specified quality. If there is a lot of
water, the Second Party will drain the water first before weighing the Product and
the buying and selling process can still be carried out.
6. The First Party states that the Product is not intended for human consumption but is
exported and used as a feedstock for renewable fuels (Biodiesel).
7. The First Party is freed from all responsibility as a result of the misuse of the
Product.
Thus, this letter is made to be used properly, and is legally binding in the Republic of
Indonesia.
