1. Why did you apply here in 51 Talk?

I heard 51 talk from one of my colleagues, she is very excited while telling this company to us.
Because of its time flexibility and it ways of teaching online So, my curiosity insist me to apply to
this company. I chose 51 talk because of its time flexibility, the teacher hold his time to teach
and it is online, all you need to do is get your computer, log in your account, it is homebased and
very convenient

2. How will you make lessons fun and engaging?

Making lesssons fun and engaging is one of the difficult parts of being an educator. It required
more effort and proper planning. As an educator, I will use my experience to deliver my lesson in
a very convenient way, I will use different teaching styles based on the learner’s capability to
learn. And focus on the question “how your students be able to learn the lesson you are about
to deliver”

3. If the student told you that you are not a good teacher, how will you respond to that or what
will you do?

Nobody’s perfect, if one of my students told me that I am not a good teacher, I will not be mad,
but rather I will use this experience to know my “lacking areas” and improve my styles in
teaching.
