is a 22-year-old university student who is struggling with concentration and motivation

3. Qualitative description
Physical health: is old enough to perform physical activities on a daily basis for at least 1 hour
per week
Psychological health: he is in a state of stress and depression due to a love breakup and partial
episodes.
Level of independence: he has little level of independence due to his age, he studies and
works
Social relations: he develops very well socially, he has no communication problems.
Environment: Currently, it is his domain that has fallen the most, however, for the same
reason, he takes great care of health and food.

5. Conclusion
Psychology of Health & Wellbeing

By collecting qualitative information from each of these domains, a more complete


understanding of an individual's quality of life can be obtained. This information can be used
to identify areas where interventions may be needed to improve the general well-being of the
individual.
As is the case with this student where we can see that despite his low socioeconomic level, he
takes time to exercise daily and eat well because he knows the situation he is in.
