    Dear Dr. Vergara,

    Greetings!

    Due to some complications that arose between the Professional Regulation Commission and the
    recent graduates of the Conservatory of Music, the students whose names are listed in this letter
    would like to request if they would be permitted to join the special class, The Child and
    Adolescent Learners and Learning Principles (Prof Ed 1) under Dr. Rosalie Espartero this
    semester, A.Y. 2024 – 2025, every Tuesday and Friday from 4:00 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. This is to
    comply the units needed to meet the requirements of the PRC upon graduation, since this subject
    was not present in their curriculum and these requirements were only announce by the said
    agency on a short notice.
