CHATBOT APPLICATION

The Chat Bot Application project was initiated by

who identified the need for an AI-powered chatbot solution to enhance customer
interaction on the company's website.

Objective:
The objective of this project is to develop a chatbot application that integrates with a
WordPress website to provide automated customer support and engagement.

Milestones:

Milestone 1:
Backend Development Description: Complete the backend development of the chatbot
application.

Tasks:
1. Develop backend functionality using Python and Flask framework.
2. Integrate OpenAI API for natural language processing and conversation generation.
3. Implement CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system integration for
managing customer interactions and data.

Timeline: 4days

Milestone 2:
Frontend Chat UI Integration Description: Develop and integrate a frontend chat UI into the
WordPress website.
Tasks:
1. Design and develop the chat UI using custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
2. Or either with wordpress plugins, or any other possible way
3. Integrate the chat UI with the backend of the chatbot application.
4. Implement integration between the chatbot and the WordPress website.

Timeline: 4days

Milestone 3:
This milestone marks the successful deployment and sustained operation of the chatbot
application in a production environment for a period of one month
