Problem Statement:

"PaperReverse", a paper recycling business within the university, is

currently facing the problem of sorting paper since they don't have
an effective and systematic paper-collecting process, and
insufficient attention to this crucial aspect has resulted in a significant
shortage of specific paper types that are essential for their
production processes. This inadequacy can directly affect their
capability to maintain a consistent standard of high-quality products
and negatively impact efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Solution Overview:

Our website will build a sense of community among locals, students,

and teachers so that we can find more loyal customers to contribute
to the business. The features will include:

1. Paper Donation Platform: Develop a platform to connect students,

teachers, and local people to donate unused papers.

2. Donor-Seller Connection: Create a connection between donors

and the business so that donors can donate and the business can list
their requirements.

3. Promotions: We will be attracting more donors through promotions.

4. Reward System: We will also be creating a reward system for the

donors to appreciate their contribution.
5. Email Campaigns: We will also be creating an email system to
keep the users informed and engaged.

Proposed Steps

Step 1 - Planning: Talking to Paper Reverse about the kinds of papers

that they need

Step 2- Create a Friendly Website: Develop an easy-to-use and

straightforward website for paper donation.

Step 3 - Connect Donors and Sellers: Set up communication between

the business in need of papers and the donors willing to donate the
papers.

Step 4 - Encourage Donations with Promotions: Motivate the donors

through promotions to contribute more to the business occasionally.

Step 5 - Reward Contributions: Thanking donors for their contribution

like giving them gifts after donating a specific amount.

Step 6 - Stay in touch with email updates: Regular reminders to

donors to keep the community active and informed.

Step 7 - Test and Improve: Ask a small group of people to use the
website and get feedback from them.

Step 8 - Launch and Spread the Word: Introduce the website to the
university community through social media posts and other
marketing strategies.
Technologies Needed

Domain Name: Create a domain name for our website like

www.CAMAN.com and also use a domain registrar like GoDaddy.
Web Hosting: Select a web hosting provider like AWS (Amazon Web
Services).

Website Platform: Choose a Content Management System (CMS)

and use WordPress. This platform will allow us to design and manage
our site without extensive coding knowledge.

Website Design: Create the best design for our website and also hire a
web designer to create a custom design. Our design will match with
our brand we are going to introduce.

Content: Use high-quality content for our website including text,

images, and videos, and our content will be engaging, and
informative, and reflect our website's purpose.

Development Tools: Need HTML for static websites and Python for
dynamic sites.

Responsive Design: Need the design to be responsive meaning it

adapts to different screen sizes and devices (desktops, tablets, and
mobile phones).

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Improve our website's visibility

using relevant keywords

Security: Protect our website from potential threats using HTTPS.

Testing: Need to test the whole website and check broken links, and
unusability issues across various browsers and devices.

Launch: Need to launch our website, point our domain to our hosting
provider and our site will be live on the internet.

Maintenance: Update regularly and monitor the performance of our

website content, and also by doing so, regular maintenance will ensure
our site is secure, functional, and up-to-date.

Payment Method: Be convenient for the donors to donate from

online banking, e.g. Bank Muamalat, Touch'n Go eWallet, etc.
