REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualification
HND or BSC in any related discipline preferably marketing, business and finance.

Experience

 Minimum of 5 to 7 years of operational management experience in retail


or luxury retail environment, with proven track record in overseeing the
achievement of sales, profitability and operational targets

Skills and Abilities


 Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role

 Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

 Experience budgeting and forecasting

 Familiarity with business and financial principles

 Excellent communication skills

 Leadership ability

 Outstanding organizational skills

 Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills


 Able to work in a fast paced environment
 High proficiency in MS Office Suite
 Must be able to prepare management reports and correspondence
 Good initiative, time and stress management skills
