Mood Tracker
Assign a color or shade to each different moods that you regularly experience. Each day, fill in the corresponding
number with the associated color/shade to your mood to track how you're feeling. Some moods can include
energetic/motivated, happy, sad, good, stressed, meh, neutral/content, tired, anxious. Alternatively, you could use
associated happy faces; use whatever works best for you to keep track of your moods.
