" The Perks of being a Wallflower"

Throughout the story " The Perks of being a Wallflower" the characters fully develop into the fullest of
the theme. As human beings, we all have unique characteristics and personalities that make us
individuals and these characteristics and personalities influence our actions and thoughts about
situations we encounter in everyday life. Like what is the outcomes we chose are based upon our own
personalities. Growing up,love, and friendship, are one of the theme in the story and this theme is very
important. Just like charlie, he develops close friendship with sam, pat and bill and of course his teacher.
Through their friendship charlie begins to learn about love and trust. The themes that the characters
experienced they carry on througout the story. Charlie has become much more confident with himself.
In the beginning of the film Charlie is a ‘wallflower’ because he has no friends and does not try to
connect with people. He tends to stand off to the side observing rather than of joining in.

"The Perks of Being a Wallflower" every kid who grows up in the suburbs enjoys visiting the city. The
Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky is set in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and is
filled with the problems that most town face. Furthermore, the story describes a sort of troubling
mental illnesses that directly and indirectly affect his main character Charlie and everyone around him.
Besides, Charlie's closeness to the city sake his relationships with his friends and family. Seeing thay life
in the cold Pennsylvania suburbs is very different from life in the city, and this greatly influences the
lifestyle of the characters especially charlie entire the story. Additionally,as the school year progresses,
Charlie begins to come out of his shell somewhat. Charlie's life is hugely well off by the novel's setting.
