To Whom It May Concern: January 2024

I have been asked to write a letter of recommendation for Kiley Elbaor and I am humbled and honored to do
so. I have worked with Kiley as her supervising teacher, program director, and professor. I have been waiting
a long time for the chance to write this letter.

Miss Elbaor is a rare student! She has a wonderful ability to understand and look at situations from the
student’s perspective first, then work to resolve or improve the moment based on what she feels is best for
the student. Her passion for the teaching profession is solid and she shows a depth of compassion that puts
her in the top tier of our teacher candidates. Kiley’s character traits of devotion, drive, creativity, and desire
add together to allow her the freedom to make each teaching day unique and exciting for her students, both
in general and special education.

Kiley’s academic accomplishments, partnered with being a college athlete, while holding down a full-time
job throughout her college career are above and beyond the time management and maturity of most in her
cohort.

Miss Elbaor’s time outside the classroom has been limited as she has spent the majority of her college career
either in the classroom or as a manager at Panera’s. Her regional manager had stellar comments about her
leadership abilities, as well as her personal skills. She would rather be in the classroom than anywhere else.
Kiley lights up a classroom as well as the eyes of her students! They just beam when they come in her
classroom each day, knowing it will be new, creative, engaging and just plain fun!

She has been fortunate to have a fully contracted job with the ISD in a brand new ATSS (Adult Transition
Student Support) classroom housed on the Siena Heights campus for adults ages 18-26 with disabilities.
Kiley has been amazing in her organization and leadership in this new and unique opportunity for the ISD,
Siena Heights, and for the Division of Education. What a stellar representative she has been for all three!

Anyone who is lucky enough to hire Kiley Elbaor will be rewarded by her dedication and her upbeat,
positive spirit. When it comes to teaching, Kiley “gets it” and will be a wonderful addition to any staff and
more importantly, to any group of students with whom she works!

Sincerely,

Sally Rae, Ed.S.
