The elevator pitch

Imagine you are in the elevator on an office you are


visiting. You recognize that an important client who
does not know you is standing there. You have a
maximum of 30 seconds to introduce yourself and
make an impression. Think about what you will say.

Making a good first impression is an

So what do you need to say?. Remember these six things:

Say you name clearly. Pause between your

Make a pitch. Say why you are here. A pitch

F.A.C.E. to help empathize with
the person we are listening to
and show interest in what they
are saying.

build positive relations with them.
