Minutes

This September 23, 2022, at 2:00 o ‘clock in the afternoon, the General Assembly and Oathtaking of the
Newly Elected officers was done. Ma’am Lorie Rose Soberano greeted everyone and started the program with the
national anthem led by Ma’am Leny T. Alonzo, followed by a prayer led by Ma’am Son Lyn Miranda. Then Ma’am
Soberano called Ma’am Casilda Bartolo, the PTA focal person, to present the Newly Elected PTA officers for the
S.Y. 2022-2023. The oathtaking was then followed headed by Sir Rexieme D. Aurella, Principal II.
Sir Aurella then called Mr. Gino Aller, the PTA president to let him give his message. Mr. Aller opened
some concerns like the proper organization of the parents in fetching their pupils accordingly. He proposed that if
everyone is willing to have the steel matting in the entrance part of the school to make the learners be safe. He also
proposed using a placard when using the comfort room and reminded the parents to wear clothes appropriately
when at school. The project for the construction of two waiting sheds in front of the school was also discussed. Sir
Aurella also, elaborated on this concern. Ma’am Verginia B. Alvarez, the assistant to the principal, discussed
concerns regarding to the recipients of 4Ps. Ma’am Diana C. Lorenzo, then reminded the parents of how their
learners should be graded and the assessment process.
The SFBM, or the recipients of the feeding program was also brought to attention by Sir Aurella, it was
discussed that the giving of feeding was every Monday and Thursday. Also, Sir Aurella presented that last school
year it was declared that the school has no nonreaders, however, when this face-to-face class started, teachers
discovered that there are nonreaders in their classes, hence remedial classes are going to be done after class hours of
every Friday. School uniform and the ID system was also brought to attention. It was agreed that if learners are not
able to wear school uniform, then they can wear white shirt, pants and shoes. Wearing slippers are not encouraged.
Parents was informed that the school canteen will be operational, however, there are certain kinds of products, like
sweets and soft drinks, that are not allowed to sell. Sir Aurella also discussed about the Teacher’s Day and that is on
October 5, 2022. Learners are encouraged to make something for their teachers. Child Protection Policy was also
brought to attention by Ma’am Marlou E. Bamtigue. The meeting was adjourned at 4:00 o ‘clock in the afternoon
and the closing remarks were given by Ma’am Verginia B. Alvarez.
