Considering the teachers’ individual professional development plan, this


Program Description: training aims to update the teachers with the latest issuances affecting the
delivery of basic education particularly on distance learning. Topics on
financial literacy, intrapersonal relationships, and accountabilities will also
be tackled to enhance more their knowledge and skills to enrich teachers’
competence.
Mode of Delivery/ School-based Formal Face-to-Face (F3) training combined with a Job-
Duration/ Level of Embedded Learning (JEL) program provided to target beneficiaries on
Management: December 14-18, 2020.

Values: Commitment, resourcefulness, creativity and innovativeness


Competencies: Enhanced knowledge, skills and attitude of the teachers thus, improved
academic instructions towards higher pupil achievement

pupils on distance learning.

Organizational The teachers are expected to acquire knowledge and desirable attitude
Outcome: towards the new normal in education, and improve their delivery and
instructional competencies thus, improving the learners’ performance.

Development Impact: Enhanced teaching competence of teachers and creation of an effective


learning environment, staff development, assessment and instruction.
