LETTER OF INTENT

Dear Madam,

This letter is written to express our intent to purchase a monthly amount of 10 Million (10,000,000)
boxes of 100 examination Nitrile gloves or 1 Billion individual gloves (1,000,000,000 individual
gloves).

Product specifications:
Material - Powder free, latex free, medical use nitrile examination gloves
Minimum thickness - 5mil
Color - Blue
Approval - FDA approved. CE
Quantity per box - 100 individual Nitrile examinations gloves
Monthly quantity - 10 Million (10.000.000) boxes of 100 approved Nitrile gloves or
1 billion (1.000.000.000) individual gloves, supply monthly.
Duration: 12 months with option to extend
Origin: Indonesia
Incoterms : FOB Tj Priok
Total annual volume: 1.200.000.000 boxes of 100 or 120.000.000.000 gloves

Payment and delivery schedule:

Payment DP 30% by TT, balance LC 70%.

Purchase Order
The buyer seek to ultimately acquire goods reffereced in the above Transaction in the Unit
referenced above. Buyer will issue its Purchase Order to seller as soon as possible and will
reference this letter. In the event of any conflict among the terms and conditions of the purchase
Order and letter, the pricing and terms in this letter supersede any previous communication
between the Parties.

Obligations
This letter of Intent is merely a guide to preparation of mutually satisfactory sales and purchase
agreement. Nothing in this letter shall be constued to prelude other provision from being inserted
into the Sale Purchase Agreement at the request of either party.

Miscellaneous
1. If any term or provision here of hereof shall be held illegal or invalid, this Letter shall be
contrued and enforced as if such illegal or invalid term or provision had not been contained
herein.

2. The delay of failure of a party to enforce at any time any provision of this Letter shall
In no way considered a waiver of any such provision. or any other provision of this
Letter. No waiver of, delay or failure to enforce any provision of this Letter shall in way
be considered a continuing waiver or be constued as subsequent waiver of any such
provision, or any other provision of this Letter.
3. No provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted agains any Party because such Party or
its legal counsel representative drafted such provision.
4. This Letter may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of when executed
and delivered (including by way of facsimile) is an original but all of which taken
together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
