Respectfully Sheweth:-

Petitioner submits as under:-

1. That the above titled Contempt of Court Petition is pending

adjudication before this honorable court wherein CM has
been forwarded for separation of abovementioned coc from
a writ petition No1879-p/2022 having different causes of
action and relif which are pending before this Honourable
Court and next date of hearing is fixed as 29/04/24.

2. That the CM No is forwarded to separate the titled COC

petition from the mentioned writ petition having distinct
facts and circumstances but both have been consolidated
without hearing the petitioner in her absence.
3. That valuable and in alienable rights of petitioner are
involved in the titled suit and if delayed is caused due to
normal course of hearing there is every apprehension that
petitioner rights will be grossly violated.

4. That there is no legal bar on filing of the instant application

both on factual and legal grounds Petitioner rather has
every palpable cause of action and standing to move the
instant application.

It is, therefore, requested that on acceptance of this

application, an early date of hearing may kindly be fixed in
CM NO in COC Petition No 364-P/2023, just to meet
the ends of justice.
