GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN by these present that I, SHAUKAT ALI S/O SAID ALAM R/O Village
and Post Office Daryal Kahuta District Rawalpindi– Pakistan and presently residing at ITALY,
holding CNIC No. 374022-677574-5 and Passport No. ____________ am the owner of
SHOP AND PLOT NO. 12/127 MEASURING 3.5 MARLA (952 SQ FEET) SITUATED
AT ABADI RURAL BAZAR MOUZA KALAR SYEDAN TEHSIL KAHUTA
DISTRICT RAWALPINDI vide Sale Deed registered at No. 263 Dated 18-06-1987 with
Sub Registrar Kahuta.
WHEREAS due to living abroad I am unable to look after, supervise and manage my above
said property, therefore as I do hereby appoint, authorize, nominate, constitute and ordain my
Son MUHAMMAD TARIQ S/O SHAUKAT ALI resident of Village and Post Office
Daryal, Darkali Mamoori, Tehsil Kalar Syedan District Rawalpindi, holding CNIC No.
37407-0401631-1 as my true and LAWFUL GENERAL ATTORNEY in respect of my
above said property to do following acts, matters and things on my behalf:-
1. To manage and supervise my above said property in all respects.
2. To deal all the matters in respect of transfer / sale through concerned department i.e. Registrar
Office, Tehsil Office and etc.
3. To sell, Transfer, mortgage, exchange surrender, gift out, admission deed, amendment deed, to
receive the earnest money as well as the full sale consideration to execute the deed of sale/Transfer
and presents the same before the competent Registering Authority, Registrar Office, Tehsil Office
etc and admits its execution and completion of my above said property.
4. To take-over and give out the possession of my above said property.
5. To purchase non-judicial stamp papers of the appropriate value, to execute deed and to amend
deed and to present the same before the Registering Authority, to receive earnest money from the
Vendee and to deliver the possession of the same at the spot, can enter into any agreement, and get
refunded the stamp papers, can appear before the Sub/Joint Registrar / Tehsildar / concerned
Authority and can admit the execution and completion of deed.
6. To appoint any SPECIAL ATTORNEY regarding my above said property or cancel the same. To
file and defend any proceedings/cases in any Court of law regarding my said property for this
purpose she can engage any advocate, assign, verify and submit plaint, petition, leave to appeal,
written statement, view written petition, second appeal etc, can appear in Court and Supreme
Court of Pakistan.
7. To appear and represent me before all the Govt. Semi Govt. and local body offices and before
income tax, Housing Dte, Registration Offices, Transfer officer, Distt Account Office, Patwari
Office, Qanoon Go Office, DAD Works, Tehsildar, Nazim, Registrar, etc. and before Electricity,
Sui-Gas, Water Supply and Telephone Departments and to pay all the requisite certificates and
bills/permission and necessary connections in respect of my above said property.
8. To deal the matters of the rent of the said properties, to give on rent, to sign any agreement, to
receive the amount of rent from the tenant, to give the receipt and to get the receipt, to cancel
agreement, to renew the agreement of rent, to vacate the tenant, to give the properties to any new
tenant.
9. To do each and every thing requisite in respect of and in relation to the transfer of my above said
property.
10. AND SPECIALY to do all the acts, deeds and things which are required and which the Executant
can do if present personally and the executant shall ratify the same if done legally.
