SITUATION ANALYSIS CONTEXT:

 Lack of knowledge in the integration within and across subject areas.
 Some teachers have difficulty in classroom management strategies and differentiated teaching.
 Lack of skills on ICT integration.
 Construction of test questions, table of specifications and item analysis need to be improved.
 Lack of knowledge in basic research.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE OBJECTIVES:

 Conduct classroom observations to determine and monitor teachers knowledge in the integration within and
across subject areas, classroom management strategies and differentiated teaching and ICT integration
 Present Present a computerized system in constructing test question, table of specification and item analysis
 Conduct basic/applied research.
