Material Specification: Marine Plywood 710 grade and Multiwood

Box work (carcass) in 16mm thick Marine Plywood(Trojen/Green) and 0.8mm Laminate Century
Carcass
(white/off white) with matching edge band. All fixed partitions (other than shutters) will be done
in 16mm thick.
Shutters 18mm thick laminated shutters (Laminates-Green/Century or equivalent make) with matching
PVC edge banding as per design.
Hinges - Auto close hinges of Sleek/EBCO or equivalent make.
Handles - SS handles in suitable design.(Up to MRP.200/-)
Glass for Shutter - Shutters 4mm thick plain glass with adequate design.
Glass for Racks - 8mm thick plain glass with straight edge polish .
Accessories(Kitchen) - All accessories in Kitchen -Hettich-German Brand,other than specified.

60% of total amount as advance along with the work acceptance document.
30% on delivery and fixing of carcass
10% upon completion.
Delivery and Installation
The carcass will be delivered to the proposed site at our risk and cost within the promised time based on the
site condition. Installation will be done by our experts within 45 days of first 60% payment.
