BUILDING WORKS AGREEMENT

This agreement (“Agreement”) is made on ... 3rd February 2024.. by and between

(1) Furnitech Kenya Limited, a company organised and existing under the laws of
Kenya, having its registered office at Imani Plaza, Lumumba Drive, Roysambu -
Nairobi (hereinafter referred to as “FKL”
and
(2) ....BABA TAIRON.... (client) Individual organised and existing under the laws of
Kenya, having its registered Home at ….KAMULU.

also herein referred to as individually as “Party” and together as “Parties”

Whereas FKL wishes to acquire the execution of Building works defined below.

SCOPE OF WORKS: …

1)Supply and install gypsum ceilings complete with cornices, wiring & electrical lighting.

2) Supply and fix 3D signages on the side of the shop with colour & lighting

3) Supply and fix open shelve cabinet with wall mirrors plus a designated cashier counter.

4) Design MDF boards as per sample provided & clad them on the exterior wall, with a white

percept glass & lighting.

5) Supply and fix aluminium sliding door.

ALL PAYMENT TO BE MADE WHILE WORK ON PROGRESS I.E FROM 30% AND SHOULD BE
MADE ON CASH OR MPESA ON NUMBER PROVIDED (0721661079)

FKL & Baba Tairon have executed this Agreement at the day and year indicated above.
