Reimbursement Procedures
for Second smart key supply on multiple models (CBU
Phase 3)

In accordance with the following coverage and procedures, the costs will be reimbursed by means of TWC.

Reimbursement Items
1. Parts and Labor Cost for Vehicles remedied will be reimbursed under the conditions below.

5. Expenses for Lexus Touch Activities;

6. When processing TWCs, please note;

Any invoices for all the items are not necessary to attach to TWCs.

However, please file them at your end and submit them if so required by TMC.
For NMSCs who exchange electric data, please assign the Type &
b) Classification Code 33 to the TWC.
For NMSCs who use TWC form, be sure to quote this letter No. in the TWC.

7. Warranty Expiration:
This warranty will expire by the last day of December 2026.
