Unloading and unboxing.

We do not suggest to unboxing without the Minfound engineer onsite.

The basic rules
1. All operations need to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
2. When disassembling the cover and parts, firstly take pictures to record the original state, to
ensure that you can return to the original state.
3. Do not unpackage in bad weather such as rain. After unpacking, the device needs to be
protected from moisture and protected from impact.

For the unloading:

Please find a professional, qualified transportation team for the goods unloads.
The forklift must be able to lift a load more than 3 tons. The fork arms of forklift should be long
enough for the forklift operation, and unload and move the packages gently, doesn’t lift them
too high. Do not knock, tilt or drop the packages.
There is a wooden pallet under the box for the forklift operation and the wooden pallet must
remain attached to bottom of Gantry for forklift operations.

Make sure all the goods are unloaded, not missing… The biggest and heaviest package is the
gantry box which is the most important component in CT, all the goods should be good
protected and stored in good condition (Do not store in the open air, avoid rain), and don't
open the packages of the machine.

Unboxing steps
1. Use unboxing tool as shown in Figure 1, or a screwdriver to open the buckle.
Open the waterproof layer.
3. Disassemble the covers on the left and right sides of the gantry and the connecting pieces.
Note that you need to take pictures to record the original state.
4. Install the transportation wheels (dolly) onto the gantry step by step. As shown in the figure.
Unboxing tools (in the tools bag) or using screw driver.
Take photos!

Don't forget to remove the screws…(if fixed)

Protect the cover.

Gantry fixed screws. Fix the dolly first, then remove these screws.

DO NOT MISSING
There are cables inside. DO NOT damage the cables inside when installing the
screws.
The PDU box
Decrease height of gantry on both sides to keep level. Don't tilt the gantry.
Decrease the height during transportation, to ensure the gantry will not fall down.
Push the dolly handle in red circle. Do not push the cover and parts on the gantry.
Ensure the height of door is higher than 2.1 m.
Remove the table covers

And you need to remove four screws(maybe the cover will be too close to
unscrew,so you need to remove the buttom covers of the table )
You also can use another way
Loosen the two screws on the side of the iron block and use a groud cattle and lift
the table

When moving the patient bed, it may remove the patient bed cover if using long
dolly. And need to protect components and circuit boards inside the patient bed.
