Distribution Transformer Bushings and Connecting Flags

H-J International is a leading bushing and connector manu-

facturer headquartered in the US with manufacturing plants
in the US and China. Our manufacturing capabilities include:
Non-ferrous Foundry, Epoxy Molding, Electrical Porcelain,
Machining, Assembling, and Testing. We can design, manu-
facture, and test in-house providing H-J with a competitive
advantage due to flexibility, innovation, and short manu-
facturing lead times. H-J International is a privately-owned
company and does not belong to any other controlling group.

In order to serve the distribution transformer industry in the

European based market, H-J offers a full line of Low Voltage
and High Voltage Bushings manufactured according to EN
Standards. In addition, H-J offers a complementary line of
connecting flags according to DIN Standard. H-J can manu-
facture any design to meet specific requirements.

Low Voltage Bushing Connecting Flags:

1.2KV class connecting flag assemblies according to bled with the flag. Current ratings available from 250A up to
DIN43675 Standard. Body material manufactured from 2000A. H-J currently offers the following designs:

Low Voltage Bushing Assemblies:
1.2KV class porcelain top body bushing assemblies accord-
ing to EN50386 Standard. Nylon bottom insulator for lighter
assembly weight and less fragile. Porcelain skirt designed to
protect top and bottom gaskets from UV exposure. Porcelain
color Brown RAL 8016. Current ratings available from 250A
up to 2000A. Standard designs include all top terminal hard-
ware nuts and washers. H-J currently offers the following de-
signs:
