What is a YONI EGG?

A Yoni Egg (or sometimes called Jade Egg) is a wonderful gem made especially for
working with pelvic-sexual-vaginal awareness and wellness.

A Taoist Treasure:
The Yoni egg has its origins in ancient Taoist wellness and sexuality practices from China.

While yoni eggs come in many stone varieties, jade is the most ancient and traditional.

Jade is said to bless what ever it touches. It is considered a healing and protective stone,
and works on integration of unconscious energy into consciousness in the individual
that uses it.

Working with a yoni egg can help to balance the nerves in the pelvic region and help
awakens and circulate life energy.

WHAT IS MEANT by the WORD “YONI”?

In sanskrit, “yoni” means “sacred place” and refers to a woman’s womb area. This
includes her labia, vagina, cervix, uterus, ovaries and all the tissue and space around
it. Yoni includes the energy that we contain in this area of our female body, the
memories, the pleasure, the wounds, the experiences, the life force.

Yoni is more of a portal, than an actual physical “place” or anatomy. An energetic portal
to power, sensitivity, receptivity, femininity, ow, containment and release . . . the
spiritual-sexual-creative meeting of energy that we women are blessed with innately.

Some of the reasons we LOVE to use a yoni egg:

💕 to help bring more sensitive strength to the vaginal muscles

💕 can help to decrease numbness in the vaginal tissues and open up more sensitivity
and pleasure
💕 can help to relax all the pelvic tissue . . . which can help reduce menstrual cramping
and some lower back tension
💕 can bring us more in touch with orgasmic response and different types and
intensities of orgasms
💕 after childbirth (after any tissue tears are fully healed) can help promote healing of
the tissue and a woman's reconnection with her womb FOR HERSELF.
💕 can be helpful indirectly in hormone balance
💕 helps to develop a more sacred connection to your womb, vagina, feminine power
and life energy of the pelvis.

ORIGINS OF THE JADE EGG/YONI EGG PRACTICE

Jade Egg practice is a Taoist Treasure

Dating back to around 500 BC, Taoism (also called Daoism) is ancient philosophy of life
balance based on the teachings of the chinese sage named Lao Tzu. The primary
principle in Taoism is that Chi, or life energy, is the energy present in everything in the
universe. The Tao Te Ching and other ancient texts give guidance on ways to balance
and harmonise ourselves as living beings with and in this wide and interconnected
energetic matrix.

The origin of the practice was from the deep Taoist spiritual teachings . . . and working
with the jade/yoni egg was (AND IS) intended to help the human body and energy
system work in HARMONY with the FLOW OF ENERGY instead of against it.

The Yoni egg was a tool to support a woman to become aware of, sensitive to and
cultivate this connection to the life energy in her pelvis. I just love that in this ancient
wisdom tradition there were practices DEDICATED for women and their well-being.
Practices that recognised women’s needs, power and also connection to a higher
consciousness. The Taoists believe that helping the primary sexual energy be in
balance, circulation and transformation was one of the keys to a longer, happier and
healthier life.

As is often the case with spiritual philosophies, the wisdom of the Tao was adopted by
and integrated into the Chinese culture and it affected many of the political and power
systems of the times as well. The jade/yoni egg practice gained fame, when it was said
to be used during times of the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368 -1911) by women known
as concubines living within the royal structure used the jade eggs for strengthening their
pelvic muscles and enhancing their sexual health and robustness.

This is the somewhat controversial and perhaps disturbing part. A concubine was a
woman very specially selected to be of sexual service and also sometimes to bear the
children of the Emperor. Often these women were selected against their will and
subject to actions that she would not have chosen for herself. The jade egg was not
the culprit, but the reason that the women of those times adopted the use of the eggs
may have been more for the pleasure of the emperor than for her own sexual and
female empowerment.

So, now we have the oppotunity again to TAKE BACK THE EGG for ourselves. Not even
for our cultures expectations of what a vagina or yoni should be like . . . but for
OURSELVES. We can choose . . . what egg we want to use, when and how and if we
want to use it. We can keep it private or tell the world. It is our bodies, our choice and
the healing origins that the Yoni Egg practice was born from can be again revived and
enjoyed by US . . . for US.

Yoni Egg practice is intended to be passed down in an oral tradition. . . from woman to
woman. That preserves its living quality and adaptability to each woman’s needs and
the needs of the time she is living in.

WHO CAN USE A YONI EGG?

Yoni Eggs are originally intended for use by all women, from adolescence and beyond.
A woman must have a "feeling" for using the yoni egg . . . some days we feel like
enjoying the eggs presence in our vagina . . . and other days we like to simply hold the
egg in our hand or keep it visible at our bedside. There are so many ways to be in
contact with the egg and there should never be any "pressure" that you "should or
must" use it.

SOME COMMON QUESTIONS about YONI EGG practice

Can I use the Yoni Egg when I am menstruating?

Generally when a woman is menstruating, it is advised to leave the egg out

of the vagina . . . and on these days, a woman might nd pleasure to hold
the egg in her hand or put it in a "nest" at her bedside table.

Can I use a Yoni Egg when I am pregnant?

In general, the answer is yes. It is advised that you can use a yoni egg
during your 3rd - 7th month of pregnancy IF YOU FEEL for it IF: you have
had a consistent yoni egg practice for more than 6 months before
fi
pregnancy, you are having a healthy and happy pregnancy and you feel
con dent and your intuition is strong.

Can I use a Yoni Egg if I have an IUD?

An IUD or (intrauterine device) is a contraceptive alternative that many

women use. Opinions from various sources are con icted about whether
or not to use the yoni egg with a IUD.
Think of it this way . . . women with IUDs are absolutely allowed to do
normal activities such as enjoying sex, exercise and more. Not only that,
but they can also do strenuous and demanding activities without affecting
the IUD. Our Yoni Egg practices are gentle and intuitive. Although there is
a risk that the egg may dislodge the IUD, the risk is very minimal. Therefore,
many yoni egg experts believe that it is okay to use yoni eggs with IUDs.
Women with IUDs are recommended to use undrilled eggs. Drilled eggs
allow the attachment of a disposable string that has a very low risk of
getting tangled with the IUD string. However, if one is careful, the chance
of this happening is very low.

You have the choice!

Remember, the choice is yours. Whether deciding to use a yoni egg while
you have an IUD or during pregnancy, most vital is to listen to your body.
This is why I always accompany my yoni egg practice with some gentle
yogaSOMATICS and embodiment practice. This helps to hear the body´s
messages better.
If you feel not to using your yoni egg internally from time to time , it is still a
precious energetic friend. Hold your yoni egg in your hands and focus on
the energy of the egg and also the sensations in your hara and pelvis.
Trust your intuition and allow your body wisdom to be your guide.

HOW TO CHOOSE A YONI EGG

Bigger is not
necessarily better
The Western culture that we live in has
created a sort of “bigger is better”
attitude and this gets overlaid even
onto this very feminine practice. Size
has nothing to do with it really . . . The
bigger the egg is not a better or more
advanced practice. It all depends on
the needs, wishes and desires of each
woman.

The size you use has very little to do with the size of your vagina and is more connected
to your wish for the egg and physically we could also refer bit to also the relative
tonacity of your vaginal muscles.

Yoni eggs typically come in three sizes - small ( approx. 25x35mm), medium (approx.
30x40mm) and large (approx. 35x50mm).

I personally have several yoni eggs. I have acquired them from my intuition and heart-
yoni wish, rather than evaluating what my vagina “needed.” Some I use for internal
practice, some I like the look and holding them, some are just beautiful and I really love
the energy of them sitting on my bedside or my desk. It’s an intuitive thing.

It is naturally to think that one would start with a smaller egg and work your way up to a
bigger one (this is our linear conditioning) , HOWEVER it COULD more bene cial for
beginners (or who has not used an egg for a while) to start with a medium sized egg
and gentle work their way down sizes IF THEY WISH, over time.

A larger sized yoni egg are easier for the vaginal muscles to sense and work
with. Smaller eggs are better suited to seasoned yoni egg practitioners with a little more
muscle dexterity.

If you’re unsure of which size to begin with, it is generally a good idea to start out with a
medium sized egg, unless you are aware of having a particularly weak pelvic oor.

WHAT KIND OF STONE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Yoni eggs are now made in all kinds of stones. It is important to choose one that is pure
natural stone without any shellac or outer coating of paint on it. To know that you are
getting a good quality, it is best to purchase from a company or person that specializes
in the yoni egg practice. (see below about “Where I should purchase my Yoni Egg”)

Now comes the fun and intuitive part

. . . what kind of stone?

Yoni eggs are now made in so many

different varieties of stone.
Traditionally, JADE was the choice of
the Taoists and JADE is still my
preference as well!

Jade is said to
bless what ever it
touches.
It is considered a healing and
protective stone, and works on
integration of unconscious energy into consciousness in the individual that uses it.

That said, there are many different types of JADE in the world . . . and here is a little
overview of the different qualities of jade.

SOME ATTRIBUTES OF DIFFERENT KINDS OF JADE

Green JADE: Heart & Hara Balance . . . Abundance . . . Gentle Cleansing . . . Gentle Healer . . .
Circulating Energy to help relieve stiffness and stuck energy . . . especially in the pelvis and hips.
An overall strengthener for the etheric eld . . . REGENERATIVE PROPERTIES

Green JADE with PYRITE inclusions: All the qualities of Green Jade but with STRONG
PROTECTIVE qualities of pyrite. A “bodyguard” towards negativity. Strengthening. Clarifying.
Good combination for clear boundaries while also wishing for openness and exchange.

BLUE JADE: Peace . . . Re ection. . . Patience. . . Insight . . . soothing . . . slow and steady healing
and letting go of old defenses. Pineal Chakra.
fl
fi
LILAC JADE: Regulator . . . Gentle Protector of Energetic Field. . . Especially useful for who is
highly sensitive to the emotions of others. Loosening up some emotional xations (memories) . .
. Peace . . . Prosperity. Heaven and Earth. Crown and Root

OBSIDIAN: Strong Protection. Absorbant of negative energy. Protecting against negativity.

Steady. Deep. Root. Stillness. Heart of the Root. Deep inside.

and a few other stones:

ROSE QUARTZ: Some women love the LOVE quality of rose quartz yoni eggs. While I prefer
using the varieties of jade or obsidian mentioned above, a Rose Quartz egg can be a lovely
companion for soothing and healing.

If you do use an egg that is of any other stone than Jade or Obsidian, please use a UNDRILLED
egg. Quartz, rose quartz, amethyst are so beautiful, but have crystalline veins within them that
can easily crack or break when drilled into or submerged in water that is too hot. So use some
care, and do go for an alternative crystal if it is UNDRILLED.

SHOULD I CHOOSE A DRILLED or UNDRILLED YONI EGG?

My experience is that when a woman rst starts

using a Yoni Egg, it is a very good idea to use a
drilled egg: an egg with a small hole for a string in
the narrow end. This will help you to feel secure
that you can take the egg out whenever you like by
giving just a little loving tug on the string. The
little string (I use un avoured dental oss so that I
can change the string frequently) is just there to
help you feel safe and secure.

For many women, the tissues of the vagina and

pelvic oor already are holding much tension and
fear . . . so it is important that the yoni egg practice
does not exacerbate or activate this. Take it nice
and easy and friendly with the yoni egg . . . and by
having the string connected to the egg, you in a
way, are “in control” of your experience. This is a good control . . . it is CHOICE . . . and
choice is the key to self-empowerment and healing.

Once you feel comfortable with getting the egg in and out of your body, then you can
also choose to use an undrilled egg.

WHERE SHOULD I PURCHASE MY YONI EGG?

I was rst introduced to the Yoni Egg practice back in my 20s when I lived on Maui,
Hawaii. An experienced Taoist teacher (a wise woman for sure!) taught me how to use
the egg in a traditional Taoist manner and she also helped me to choose an egg from
her collection for sale. I suggest you either acquire your egg from a reputable
gemstone dealer (so you can be assured of the good quality) or your teacher who will
know the source and quality of the stones . . .and also help you choose a good one for
you. Feel free to reach out to me if you would like to see my collection.

WHAT KIND OF STRING SHOULD I USE in the DRILLED YONI EGG?

I use un avoured dental oss. It is inexpensive. You can choose the length you need
and you can change it often.

HOW TO CLEAN MY YONI EGG

Our vaginas are ECO-SYSTEMS

First of all, let´s consider our Western societies attitude about “cleanliness”. Most of us
live in a world where we have been taught that clean = sterile. Sterile meaning that
there is no living organisms in the said environment. Sterile is an arti cially created and
sustained state, usually made possible in a laboratory or medical setting to help create a
control for research or to clean instruments for surgical procedures.

But living, thriving bio-environments are not sterile . . . they are full of life energy and
bio-diversity. Ideally different organisms balance and harmonise with each other to
create a healthy eco-system. Think about our healthy forests and oceans . . . and how
many different forms of life are living inter-connected to create a balance.

Our vaginas are ECO-SYSTEMS too! For the last 60+ years, we have been conditioned
that vaginas should not have any smell or any uid changes. Culturally, the vagina has
been made out to be something “dirty”. Nothing could be further from the truth. A
vagina as an eco system is a resilient, changing and self-balancing environment. She is
full of good bacteria. This is what keeps her moist and healthy.

So, when considering cleaning your yoni egg . . . of course, you want to give her some
care . . . as you do your own body and yoni. She should be clean and without residue of
dry vaginal juices and uids (especially in the hole if you are using a drilled yoni
fi
fl
fl
fl
fl
fi
egg) . . . but because Jade and other suggested yoni egg stones have a nearly 0%
porosity, it is only necessary to clean the surface as described below.

It is always interesting to observe our own attitudes about cleanliness, sterility, etc. The
yoni egg can also be a really wonderful “re ection” tool . . . that helps to bring to
awareness some of our attitudes, emotions and beliefs around the vagina, pelvic region,
sensuality and sexuality.

SO . . . CLEANING THE YONI EGG

There are a few different ways to clean your yoni egg, but I usually choose the most
simple. After use, rinse the egg with very warm water and leave to dry naturally. For
drilled eggs, I usually will remove the string and give a little “blow” through the hole to
remove any vaginal juices that might dry up in there.

Please do not use SOAP . . . Soap can be very irritating to the vaginal tissues and disrupt
the natural Ph balance in the vagina.
If you feel you need a bit more cleansing properties, you can give your YONI EGG a
gentle soak in a dilution of warm water with 4-5 drops of food-grade hydrogen peroxide
for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse with very warm water and let dry.

CAN I USE ESSENTIAL OILS with my YONI EGG PRACTICE?

Please DO NOT use any essential oils on the

sensitive tissue of the vulva or vagina.
Essential oils, even in proper dilution, are TOO
STRONG for these delicate and sensitive
tissues. You can “burn” your tissue with
essential oil use on these areas.

If you love to supplement your YONI EGG

practice with essential oils, it is a wonderful
idea to DIFFUSE essential oils in the air
(essential oil diffuser) or give the rest of your
body and breasts a lovely essential oil massage
before the practice. Here comes a nice
massage blend that you could make for
massaging your body, arms, legs, back, neck,
breasts to awaken and circulate life energy
fl
CAN A YONI EGG “GET LOST” inside of MY BODY?

Many women are reluctant to use a yoni egg because they are afraid it may get “stuck”
inside of their body. The reality is that a yoni egg cannot get “stuck”. The vaginal
muscles may tighten up or have chronic tension due to fear or other body-memory, but
the vagina is not a sphincter muscle, so it is impossible that the egg can be permanently
lost in your body. It can never slide any further in than your cervix.

Sometimes a woman can nd some dif culty in releasing the egg if there is strong or
chronic muscle tension . . . and this is one of the reasons that I suggest using a yoni egg
with a drilled hole & string as you are starting out. That can give a little more security
that you will be able to remove the egg whenever you like.

Truth is, after a little practice, you will nd your way to give a little squeeze or a little
release or a position that makes it very easy for your vagina to naturally release the egg.

That’s because our vagina (yoni) is not a sphincter, and so the egg can’t just get trapped
in the shallows of your body. It can’t even slide further than your cervix.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR MUSCLES ARE TENSE and you HAVE DIFFICULTY

RELEASING THE EGG?

First of all, sit down, and let yourself have a few deep breaths in through the nose and
out through the mouth. The way out is the way in . . . so just as when we very gently and
without force invite the egg into our body, the same is true on helping the body release
the egg. Gentle, relaxed and without force.

1. Give yourself a few deep and relaxing breaths. . . in through the nose, out
through the mouth.
2. If it is comfortable for body, sit in a “squatting” position. This position usually
helps the egg to descend down towards the lower part of the vaginal canal.
3. Make your mouth moist . . . generate saliva in your mouth and relax your jaw
muscles This helps to activate a parasympathetic nervous system response . . .
which in turn helps muscles relax.
4. You can rst give a little try to “laugh” or have some sounds that make your
respiratory diaphragm move more bouncy-like. Laughing or singing with long
low notes can help.
5. If you need, from the squatting position, gently slide one nger inside of your
vagina (use a natural lubricant if your vagina feels dry or very tight) and reach in
gently to give a little “hook” to the egg . . . usually you can give it a gentle nudge
to pop out.
6. When She (the egg) does release . . . say hello to her . . . “hey . . there you are . ..
nice to see you again”
fi
fi
fi
fi
fi
And another little insiders tip: You can also just wait until you need to go pee. When
we pee, the PC muscles at the base of the pelvis relax almost completely . . . and this is a
good time for the egg to gently be released. As you pee, you can give a little extra
gentle downward push. Just be aware . . . that little treasure might pop out rather easily .
. . so be ready for the “catch” :-)

HOW LONG SHALL I KEEP A YONI EGG INSIDE MY BODY?

My approach to working with a yoni egg . . . and any somatic practice . . . is that it is
more effective to work with the yoni egg for shorter time periods with conscious
awareness than longer times. I use mine from 10 - 30 minutes usually . . . in a dedicated
ritual or practice.

Think of it this way: Imagine that you wanted to do some yoga practice and you rolled
out your mat and did a nice and deep 30 minutes of practice . . . then for the rest of the
day you just carried your yoga mat around with you everywhere you went . . . work,
school, the grocery store. The more effective part would have been the practice with
the mat rolled out and your conscious awareness on the practice.

CAN I SLEEP WITH A YONI EGG IN MY BODY?

While some women enjoy sleeping with a yoni egg inside the body, my personal
experience is that it is more effective to work with the yoni egg for shorter time periods
with conscious awareness.

Generally when we are sleeping, we want the body and it’s muscles to be in a state of
rest. The presence of the yoni egg in the body will inform the neuro-muscular
connections to “work” a little or a lot (depending on the woman) . . . so even while you
sleep, the wisdom of the nervous system may keep the muscle body activated.

My experience is that I have a more effective use and deeper connection with the yoni
egg practice while I am awake and with intent to practice.

ANAL APPLICATION - NOT A GOOD IDEA

A Yoni Egg must never be used in the anus, as the anal anatomy includes
the anal sphnicter and there is a risk of “losing” the egg in the anus. For
working with anal muscle tension, one may consider other methods using
a crystal wand or other self pleasuring toys. Please inform yourself with an
experienced teacher before beginning with a new practice in helping to
relax anal tension.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PRACTICE?

rst and most importantly . . . a little wish to practice 💕

secondly and also most importantly . . . a little private space and time where you will be
undisturbed💕
and then . . .
💕 a yoga mat (I love soft warm wooly ones)
💕 a yoga block, bolster or Togu ball
💕 a warm blanket
💕 a yoni egg (if you choose to practice with one today)
💕 a natural lubricant if you need and wish for one
fi
A little bit about LUBRICANTS
I have 4 favorite lubricants . . . in this order . . . and for different needs and settings

1. OUR BODIES OWN LUBRICANTS My own saliva: Our own saliva generally has our
own Ph (acid alkaline) balance and is slippery enough for creating a gentle and non-
intrusive lubrication for yoni re exology and self-contact.

2. REFLEXOLOGY and NOURISHMENT: Fractionated Coconut Oil or Grapeseed Oil : A

clean and unadulterated fractionated coconut oil or grapeseed oil (with no extras .. . just
the vegetable oil) can make a nice, smooth and warming glide effect for skin to skin
contact. In this case, the skin of your ngers to the skin of your vulva and vagina. I use
just a little bit . . . and then add a bit more if I need, as the oil naturally also absorbs into
the skin over time.

I also love a company called YES, who makes the most wonderful CERTIFIED ORGANIC
lubricants. They have a nice blend called YES OB (yes oil blend)
see here: https://www.yesyesyes.org/products/oil-based-organic-lubricant?
variant=40624620208328

3. FOR DEEPER SELF CONTACT and SLOW and DEEP CONTACT with a partner
Water-based lubricant: PLEASE CHOOSE CERTIFIED ORGANIC HERE too . Water
based lubricants last longer in their GLIDE quality and are a good choice for women
who have a fair bit of tension in the tissues and need a little more moistness. I also nd
that for me as a menopausal woman, the water based lubricant feels good and makes
my thinning vaginal tissue feel more safe and not break or tear so easily.
My favorite Water based lubricant is YES WB: https://www.yesyesyes.org/products/
water-based-organic-lubricant?variant=40603125579976

4. FOR PASSION PLAY .. . And then the times when you really want to SLIP and SLIDE
and GLIDE . . . when you are having a “friction based!” experience . . . whether with a
partner or a toy . . . when going for orgasmic friction based pleasure . . . A more slippery
and intensely moist vaginal allows for the most pleasure. I used to use silicon based
lubricants for this play . . . even if I didn’t like the ingredients. Now I am SO happy that
YES has come out with their YES DOUBLE GLIDE!

Vagninal reflexology

The nature
of the YONI
is to soften

Vaginal re exology is a
lovely, self-contact practice
that allows you to open the
senses of the vaginal tissue
and nervous system
connections all throughout
the pelvic oor. My warm
suggestion is to watch the
video (yoni re exology) and
also follow along the guided
audio a few times. ALWAYS
LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. Be
GENTLE. Never FORCE. Use your woman’s intuition. Meet your vagina in new
ways. The point of vaginal re exology is to help become aware of sensations,
release tension (physical, emotional, energetic) and let more new energy circulate
through this area of the body.

Circulation here helps to clear emotional blocks and support a deeper sense of
grounding, calm, presence and GENTLE WOMAN POWER.
fl
fl
fl
fl
Here are a few qualities attributed to the points in the vaginal canal.

KIDNEY points are at the rst opening of the vaginal canal. This can include the
area around the g-spot and urethra as well.

When this area holds tension or lack of sensation,, we may feel FEAR, RUSHING,
OVERWHELM and/or SHAME associations. When this area has energy circulating
freely, we may feel SAFE, CALM & PEACEFUL and UNRUSHED.

LIVER points are a bit deeper in the vaginal canal . . . in the “2nd chamber” so to
speak.

When this area holds tension or lack of sensation,, we may feel BUILT UP
TENSION, ANGER, FRUSTRATION, UNEXPRESSED EMOTIONS, STUCKNESS,
RESENT associations. When this area has energy circulating freely, we may feel
FREE, CIRCULATION, FEELING SEEN, POWERFUL, GIVING & GENEROUS.

In the deeper part of the 2nd chamber . . . to up closer towards the cervix we nd
the SPLEEN/PANCREAS points.

When this area holds tension or lack of sensation, we may feel STRESS OF LIFE,
ANXIETY, CONFUSION, PANIC associations. When this area has energy
circulating freely, we may feel PRESENT, FULL OF LIFE ENERGY, have MUCH TO
GIVE, CLOSER TO OURSELVES and CLARITY

The LUNG points are on the left and right side of the deepest vaginal tissue (3rd
chamber) that surrounds the cervix. In many women, this is a zone of unknown
tension that may be both personal and collective.

When this area holds tension or lack of sensation, we may feel TIGHT, SAD;
GRIEF, UNABLE TO EXPAND, DEPRESSION associations. When this area has
energy circulating freely, we may feel FREE FLOW, ALIVENESS, CURIOUSITY for
LIFE and NEW THINGS, a sense of being WELCOME to LIFE.

And nally, the beautiful and precious HEART of the ROOT is the CERVIX. The
cervix is a different kind of tissue altogether . . . it is connective tissue that is at the
deepest part of the inner 3rd chamber of the vagina. The cervix is highly
innervated and has the capacity to regenerate itself very quickly. It also has the
capacity to dilate when the hormonal environment is in a certain balance(for
fi
fi
fi
giving birth for example) The point at the CERVIX is related to the HEART
meridian.

When this area holds tension or lack of sensation, we may feel NOT CONNECTED
TO LIFE, ISOLATED, DEPRESSIVE, CLOSED IN or CLOSED DOWN sensations,
sensations of VIOLATION. When this area has energy circulating freely, we may
feel IMMENSE PLEASURE, the PLEASURE OF LIFE, JOY, MEETING LIFE and the
wish to GIVE and RECEIVE LOVE freely.
thank you for practicing
