• Integrity of Bones at Palpation: Rigid and no sign of fracture

• Lower extremity – Bandage white color with iodine solution both legs
• On cutting bandage-Bluish purple circular tropical changes
• Right side lower limb epidermis partially dislocated
• Right side limb changes – 27cm l and 18cm b
• Left side limb changes – 21cm l and 23 cm b
• Upper extremity:
• Right upper limb – circular bandage in wrist joint on removal tropic changes 3cm
l and 2cm B greenish color fibrin present and epidermis removed
Right forearm bluish purple color epidermis partially removed L – 32cm and B- 32 cm
• Back examination:
• Tropic changes present livor mortis bluish violet color on pressing with finger -
color didn't change indicates imbibition stage so death occur more than 24 hr,
• Right iliac area - external jugular area 4cm,2cm with removing of epidermis
covered with yellow substances
• INTERNAL EXAMINATION:
• Skull – After removal of brain
• Dura mater remove and no fracture and no damage of dura mater
• Some whitish area can be seen indicate cerebrovascular disease
• Stomach – 2cm and sign of gastritis
• 21 and a half cup fluid are filled in Abdomen
• Pancreas – 17 cm x 6cm
• Spleen – 11cm x 8 cm
• Liver – 26cm x 18cm x 9 cm
• Nutmeg liver changes
• After removal of Organo complex
• Artificial Cardio stimulator found i.e. pacemaker present
• Heart:
• Size - 15cm x 17cm x 8cm –620g indicate Bovine heart
• Left side heart – 11 cm
• 2cm left ventricle
