pups are guaranteed against genetic defects in hips and eyes for 26 months. A detailed health
guarantee will be provided at when puppies are picked up or upon request.

 
Our intent is to place our pups in family situations where they will be utilized as hunting dogs in
the field for upland birds/waterfowl and/or family pets. We do not want to place a pup in a
situation where he/she will not get the benefit of a full productive life.

1. To be put in line for the pick order for a litter yet to be whelped we require a $100.00

refundable deposit. The pick order is determined by when we receive the deposits. We will
accept 6 of these deposits per litter. This deposit is refundable only if we don't have Gender or
Color of pup you requested below.


2. Once the litter is whelped we will require a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 (your $100
refundable deposit will be credited to this and at that point is non-refundable).

3. When the pups are 7 weeks old and after they have had their 1st shot, selection of your puppy

will begin and must be completed by the time the pups are 8 weeks old.

4. The remaining balance will be due on transfer of ownership of the pup at 8 weeks old. (The
total cost being the deposit of $300.00 and final payment. Final payment must be cash ).

Note that for each check returned there will be an additional $50.00 fee per transaction.

5. An additional boarding fee of $10.00 per day will be charged if we keep the pup for more than
a week after the deposit is made on a pup more than 9 weeks old.

6. We do not mind delivering or meeting half way to bring puppies to those families that live
outside of our area. We require if we deliver beyond 60 miles and up to 100 miles from
Frederick, CO that you pay a delivery fee of $75.00. From 100 miles to 200 miles of Frederick,
CO, the delivery fee is $100.00.

Payments Accepted: Cash (if given in person), personal check, money order or cashier’s checks
