Inspection result: Satisfactory

During inspection visit at Saudi Arabian Ductile Iron Pipe Co. Ltd. (SADIP) the
following activity have been covered as per the approved ITP for Infrashore
PO.Order No. 1202511.
Visual,Dimension,Wall thickness,Straightness,Ovality inspection was carried out

as per the ITP percentage coverage requirements and found meeting within the
tolerance specified as per the BSEN 545, ISO 2531 and Project specification and
found satisfactory.
Remarks:
Randomly witnessed the perodic mechanical testing conducted by the
manufacturer, reviewed the mechanical test (Tensil,Elongation and Hardness)
reports and found them meeting within the reuirments of BSEN 545, ISO 2531,
Project specification and found satisfactory.
Randomly verified the surface cleanleness and appearnces prior to application of

the Zinc, Bitumin coating and internal mortor lining as per the ITP requirements
and found satisfactory.

Randomly inspected the Bitumen coating visual inspection, coating thickness,

appearances, hardness, Adhesion testing, curing, cement lining thickness,
mortor lining visual appearances etc., the results are satisfied with the ITP and
PO requirements.
Reviewed Hydrostatic Test reports as per BSEN 545, ISO 2531,Project

specification and found to be satisfactory.
The test results (Final Dimension, Mechanical testing, Pressure, Zinc coating,
Bitumen coating, internal cement mortor lining,Bore Dia after lining are in
compliance as per standards to which the materials have been manufactured.

Conclusion:
The Above-mentioned pipes is inspected as per BSEN 545, ISO 2531, Project
specification and found to be satisfactory.
