interview. However, if there is any discrepancy in the copies of the document given
by you or expertise as explained during the interview, we retain the right to review
your offer of employment.
Our offer and conditions of services are detailed in the enclosed contract of
employment. In order to confirm your acceptance of this offer, please sign the next
page and return a copy to us.

EMPLOYMENT TERMS:
1 EMPLOYER GENMAN GLOBAL SERVICES LIMITED
Payment of such remuneration, less agreed and legislative deductions, will be made on
the last working day of each month, and will be payablein arrears.
6 REMUNERATION
Your employment is HYBRID and your work hours shall be between two or three times
a Week Mondays – Fridays; 8:00am to 5:00pm with a one-hour break in between. Due
to the nature of our operations and your job functions however, you may be required
7 HOURS OF WORK to work extra hours and some weekendsas your duties may demand.
You warrant and represent that you have the requisite skills, qualifications and
experience, and are able to perform your duties asstated in your job description, and
WARRANTIES & that you have in no way
8 REPRESENTATIONS Misrepresented such skills, qualifications or experience to the Company.
You are expected to observe and comply with the Company’s code ofconduct; rules;
regulations and ethical standards as defined in the
9 CODE OF CONDUCT Company’s policies.
In the course of your employment with the Firm, you may have access to confidential
information both in paper and electronic form; on no account should this information
be divulged to any unauthorized
10 CONFIDENTIALITY Person.
You will serve a probationary period of three (3) months after which a special review will be
carried out on your performance and meeting of set targets to determine your suitability for
PROBATION the position. The probationary period is subject to review, confirmation or extension at the
11 PERIOD absolute discretion of the board based on your performance.
13 OTHER BENEFITS Work tools (Laptop with internet, etc.) will be provided.
You should NOT undertake in your private capacity, any work connected either directlyor
indirectly with the Trade or Business of the company. Any breach of this condition may result in
summary dismissal. Furthermore, during working hours, you should
15 PRIVATE WORK devote your whole time and attention to the Company’s business.
You will be required at all times to act loyally, faithfully, and in the best interest of the
Company and to use your best endeavors to develop and expand the business of the company.
16 GOOD FAITH
You acknowledge that all files, customer records, lists, books, records, literature, software,
products, and work products developed by you in the course of your employment with the
company, and other materials owned by the Company or used by the Company in connection
with the conduct of business by the Company shall at alltimes remain the sole property of the
Company, and you agree that upon request and/or upon the termination of your employment
hereunder, howsoever arising, you shall surrender to the Company all such files, customer
records, lists, books, records, literature, products, software, work products, and any copies
thereof and all other
17 PROPERTY property belonging to the Company.
During the term of this Employment Agreement, and in the event of the termination ofyour
employment – however, caused, whether voluntarily or otherwise - you may not for a period of
twelve (12) months from the date of termination, solicit, in any way, custom or business or
employment from any person or organization which is, (or has been for at least 6 months prior
to such termination of employment), a client of the Company, or attempt to discourage any
person or organization from continuing to dealwith the Company.
NON-
SOLICITATION OF The above requirements shall survive the termination of thisEmployment
CLIENTS/ Agreement.
18 PERSONNEL
You will not at any time, during or after the term of this Employment Agreement,
disparage, defame or denigrate the reputation, character, image or services of
19 NONDISPARAGEMENT the Company, or of any of its Affiliates, or, any of its partners, employees or
agents.
You will receive a commission base on specific KPI which will be communicated to you.
Details on the percentage will be provided in a document to be handed to you upon
20 COMMISSION the assumption of duties.
The organizational goal will be communicated to you annually and is subject to change
21 Organization Goals at the absolute discretion of the management or business demands.
22 Functional Goals/JD i. Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
23 POLICIES & All staff members are required to adhere to the Company’s policies and procedures,
as outlined in its policies, procedures, handbooks, and other relevant documents.
PROCEDURES Access is available to all such policies, procedures, handbooks, and other relevant
documents and copies can be provided on request.
24 DISCLAIMER If after the assumption of duty on the 1ST February 2024, we find out from your
previous employer either in writing or otherwise that you are indebted to them, we
reserve the right to withdraw your offer of employment immediately. You shall also
be expected to pay back the recruitment cost and all other losses that the company
may have suffered due to the non-disclosure. Failure to make the said payment
during an agreed period may lead to litigation with costs to be absolutely borne by
you.
TRAVEL, CARGO, CONTRACTING & GENERAL SERVICES
Appendix
Sales Target - 2million monthly
Prospect minimum of 50 clients monthly
Daily Send Marketing Emails to minimum of 30 prospects
Update Prospects and clients database on or before 27th of the month.
Prepare and submit sales report on or before close of business every Friday.
Achieve above 100% of target and earn 0.05% on excess of target
Achieve 100% of Target and earn 100% of Performance Pay
Achieve 70 - 90% of target and earn 70% of Performance Pay
Achieve 50 - 69% of target and earn 50% of Performance Pay
Achieve 30 - 49% of target and earn 30% of Performance Pay
Performance Pay will not apply for below 30% achievement on target
Achieve 30% and below for consecutive 2 months and receive caution for poor performance
Achieve 30% and below for further 1 month and receive a pay cut by 30% on Basic salary or Advise to resign for poor performance.
