We, the undersigned siblings of Cresente Calvin L. Amorganda, Dinah Amorganda Pasion, and Jose
Baldwin L. Amorganda, are writing to request consideration for a gratuity payment on behalf of our brother
due to his current medical condition and his long-term service as an employee of Saint Benilde
International School.

As you may be aware, Cresente has recently been diagnosed with depression, which has unfortunately
led to a stroke. This unexpected health setback has compelled him to resign from his position after
faithfully serving the school for 18 years.

Considering Cresente's prolonged dedication and the circumstances surrounding his departure, we
humbly appeal to the management to provide him with a gratuity payment as a token of appreciation for
his years of service and as assistance during his period of medical treatment and recovery.
We believe that such a gesture would not only demonstrate the school's recognition of Cresente's
commitment but also alleviate some of the financial burdens he may encounter during this challenging
time.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the support and opportunities that Saint Benilde
International School has extended to Cresente throughout his tenure. Your understanding and assistance
in this matter would be deeply appreciated by our family.
