    2D DRAFT LAYOUT PLAN OF THE SITE
    Top View & Description: This site has a main road in the frontage and some existing vegetation
    and trees as shown below. We have designed our plots without damaging the existing plants.
    Parking Lots, Play Field & Justifications: For car parking we used 90-degree parking lots as it
    is the most efficient parking system and besides the parking, we made a play field which has a
    suitable location.

    Community Facilities & Urban Deferred Area: For community engagement, there has been a
    provision for a community park & 10% of the total land has been surrendered as urban deferred
    for future use of land.
