Important Instructions for Students

1. All students of JIMS Campuses in Kalkaji, Vasant Kunj-I, Greater Noida,

Vasant Kunj-II, Noida Extension & ISBF are invited to the JIMS ZEST & Celebrity Nite
2024 on 24th Feb 2024.

2. The reporting time for all the students is 1 pm at the venue. Entry will not be allowed
after 4 pm.

3. The entry to the venue is from Gate No. 7 on the Mathura Road.

4. Entry for the students to the venue is strictly on the basis of student’s college I-Card.
In the absence of the same, entry will not be allowed. Those who do not have the
I-Card must obtain Temporary I-Card from the HOD, duly signed and stamped, well
before the date of the event of their respective campuses and bring to the venue for
entry.

5. Due to the high security at the venue by the authorities, those students who do not
carry their I-card will strictly not be allowed to enter the venue. In the absence of the I-
card, the student cannot call the faculties of their respective campuses for entry.

6. The students will be fully responsible for their personal belongings.

7. Paid parking is available at the venue for personal vehicles of the students. However,
all the students are advised to use the public transport / car-pooling / metro.
 8. Outsiders / friends are strictly NOT allowed in the event.

9. Misbehavior and misconduct will not be tolerated during the entire function. Any
student indulging in any kind of indiscipline, including using obscene language or
gestures, throwing any waste material in the premises will be immediately evicted from
the venue after serving the notice of rustication.

10. Smoking/drinking alcohol are strictly NOT allowed inside the entire venue premises.

11. As per the venue authorities, outside food packages or eatables or drinks are strictly
NOT allowed to be brought inside the venue.

12. Briefcase/bag/tiffin/cameras/drinking water bottles etc. are NOT allowed inside the
premises.

13. All students must ensure that they are confined to the Amphitheatre/venues booked
for them for event/catering arrangements.

14. The premises are a tobacco-free and spit-free zone as per the venue authority.
Chewing tobacco, paan/betel leaf, chewing gum is not allowed in the premises. If found
to do so it shall attract a fine of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) per incident. In
addition to the above, the offender will also be liable to legal action under the
Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984. The offender will be solely
responsible for paying the above fine.

15. Parking Advisory for Students:

 All self-driven or carpool vehicles are to use Basement 2 parking, the entry to
which is via Tunnel- opposite to Bharat Mandapam Gate. (Gate No.6)
 Vehicles coming from ITO or Tilak bridge are advised to go till Sunder Nagar
and take the underground U Turn for accessing the Tunnel.
 Once inside the Tunnel, the basement parking is first right turn.
 The students are advised to park in G block of the parking lot as the entry to
the Amphitheater is only from the Entrance in front of Pillar No. G 58.
