NARRATOR: This story is about a strange couple.

A man who he had a terrible accident and a


woman who she was looking for job to help his family.

One day, she was going to the interview in the house of Traynor family. Then, this was what
happened:

MOM: You must be Louisa Clark.

LOU: Yes.

MOM: I’m Camilla Traynor. Thanks for coming.

LOU: My pleasure.

DAD: I’m Stephen Traynor. I’m a father of Will.

LOU: I’m Louisa Clark. Nice to meet you.

DAD: Nice to meet you, too.

MOM: Please, Sit down.

LOU: Ok.

MOM: So, tell us … do you have any experience caring sick people?

LOU: No, I’ve never done it, but I sure I can learn

DAD: And do you have experience with the quadriplegia?

LOU: No, but I learn very fast Mr. Traynor.

MOM: This job is to take care of a person with quadriplegia. Our son had an accident two years
ago.

LOU: Sorry to hear that.

DAD: So, why should we give you the job?

LOU: Because I’m a responsible person. I almost never to get sick. And I’m cautious too.

DAD: That’s good, your previous employer says that you are a punctual and personable person.

LOU: Yes, I am.

MOM: Would you want the job?

LOU: Yes.

DAD: When can you start?

LOU: Right away.

MOM: Perfect, we will present to Will. Do you have any questions?

LOU: No, I don’t think so.

DAD: OK.

MOM: This is my son, Will


DAD: We let them alone.

LOU: Hi Will, I’m Lou.

WILL: I’m not interested

LOU: Please, I just want to be your friend. Can I ask what happened?

WILL: A motorcycle accident, I lost my life there, I lost everything, I wasn’t happy again, but you

NARRATOR: Lou leaves the room.

NARRATOR: When they were talking, Louise listened them. After that, she was planning a trip
and she said:

LOU: I have thought something. What do you think if we go on a trip?

WILL: Unfortunately, I can’t. You see me, I can’t move.

LOU: Please! Don’t be arrogant. I know that you can struggle.

WILL: Uhm…

LOU: I hosted an incredible trip for you and me.

NARRATOR: Later, they traveled and enjoyed the trip. But As it turns out, when Lou and Will
were coming back, they had an accident. So, …

DAD: She died.
