__New Clan Changes__

Before reading, please note that Clan Latent tables have not been adjusted yet and
they will be adjusted at a later date.

**Chinoike:**
- Features: Ketsuryūgan now has a number of uses equal to proficiency bonus per
long rest.
- Features: Action Ketsuryūgan scaling changed (overall reduced)
- Hijutsu: Bloodletting Weaponry effects while Ketsuryūgan is active and effects
when upcasting to B-Rank have been swapped.
- Hijutsu: Genjutsu: Ketsuryūgan! language has been clarified.
- Hijutsu: Blood Clot Spikes has been completely reworked. It is now a unique
interrupting reaction.
- Feats: Efficient Ketsuryūgan has been adjusted following the changes to
Ketsuryūgan uses, and the final bullet allowing hijutsu to always benefit from your
Ketsuryūgan being active even if was not active has been changed to something more
original.

**Fushin:**
- Features: Fushin die step increase no longer goes to a 2d6.
- Features: Forceful Gale no longer interacts with immunity, instead, the 11th and
15th level improvements now provide Fushin with a unique mechanic to manipulate
reactions.

**Genwa:**
- Clan Art changed
- Features: Data Channels are no longer swappable upon gaining a level.
- Features: Hidden Cloud data channel +1 AC bonus now limited to being once per
turn.
- Features: Hidden Sound check bonus reduced to a +2 from a +3.
- Hijutsu: Blade Crash now longer forces a creature to spend their action to remake
the check, instead doing so at the start of their turn. Upcast now provides the
choice between increasing the damage or targets.
- Hijutsu: Surge speed scaling changed. Now provides the opportunity to take the
Dash or Disengage actions as part of the casting. Flight now lasts until the start
of your next turn, rather than the end.
- Hijutsu: Compile now longer provides int casting for Taijutsu/Bukijutsu using a
data weapon of the same rank or lower.
- Hijutsu: Zip Blade no longer deals double damage to structures, constructs, and
objects.

**Haruno (Renamed to Hanami):**


- Currently this clan is in a "conceptual" stage. This clan has been adjusted to
have more of its own unique identity with more innovative features.
- Depending on community reception, this conceptual clan will continue to be
refined further or will be dropped.

**Hoshi:**
- No changes.

**Iburi:**
- Clan Art changed.
- Features: Removed redundant language from Smoke Release about changing the damage
type of jutsu with the Fire Release keyword to fire.

**Kashu:**
- Hijutsu: Hypnotic Instruement effects changed following community feedback.
**Keton:**
- Hijutsu: Plasma Swallow damage now applies up to two times per turn.
- Hijutsu: Projected Chaotic Explosion damage reduced slightly, upcast damage
increased slightly.

**Konjiki:**
- Features: Weapon Formation completely changed. Instead of allowing you to form
weapons, this feature now allows you to change the damage type of their hijutsu for
different effects.
- Features: Perfected Creation: A new 3rd level feature.
- Features: Steel Release no longer scales up to a 2d6. Last paragraph adjusted and
moved to the new feature, Perfected Creation.
- Features: Reinforced and Pressurized now removes weaknesses Earth Release
constructs may have to Lightning Release or Genjutsu.
- Hijutsu: Impervious Armor no longer provides DR. Resistance granted only applies
to the triggering damage type. Temporary hit points have beeen reduced.
- Hijutsu: Steel Projectile upcast staggered. Now adds ability modifier to the
damage dealt.
- Hijutsu: Steel Rain, a new Hijutsu, has replaced the Steel Restraints Hijutsu.
- Hijutsu: Steel Shield Technique hit points reduced. Language made a bit more
clear.
- Hijutsu: Steel Spear language has been touched up. Upcasting now provides an
innate +1 to critical threat range.
- Hijutsu: Storm of Steel, a new Hijutsu, has replaced Thrusting Steel Emergence.
- Hijutsu: Steel Suit temporary hit points have been reduced. Damage bonus
increased to a +2d10 from a +1d10 and now only applies up to two times per turn.
- Hijutsu: Metal Prison hit points reduced from 200 to 120. As opposed to flat out
blocking hand signs, it allows one to make a check to potentially cast a jutsu with
HS. DC increase on failure now caps at a +5 and scales slower.
- Feats: Steel Weapon Manifestation, a new feat, has replaced Corroded Steel at 1st
level. This feat allows you to make or enhance weapons using Steel Release.
- Feats: Steel Smith has been lowered to be a level 4+ feat. This feat now can
increase Dex or Int. Grants proficiency in Weaponsmith kits. And grants all Konjiki
Hijutsu the Bukijutsu keyword. This feat cannot be taken with Corroded Steel.
- Feats: Corroded Steel has been moved to a level 4+ and allows one to learn Acid
or Poison damage. This feat now gives new damage type options for the Weapon
Formation feature. Cannot be taken alongside Steel Smith.
- Feats: Superior Steel: No longer makes difficult terrain ignorable, instead
prevents Dashing, Disengaging, or Dodging. 3d20 on clash checks now works once per
rest.

**Shi Hou:**
- Features: Fixed error with Inner Chi having redundant wording for some reason.
Inner Chi now is replenished on a long rest, instead of a full rest.
- Features: 72 Earthly Transformations now clarifies that you can only use one
transformation per casting.
- Mink Form wording has been made clearer.
- Dragon Form wording has been made clearer
- Feats: Legacy of Heroes now bars the use of damage buffing jutsu when using
quarterstaff to cast a Taijutsu.
- Feats: Chi Master moved to level 8. Now provides a +1 Save DC bonus to
Taijutsu/Bukjutsu cast using Inner Chi. Max damage effect now calls for a
Constitution ability check, instead of a saving throw.
- Feats: Ten Thousand Hairs flavor text changesd. Now bars the use of jutsu that
would cause your afterimages to die or gain a negative condition, such as
Exhaustion.
- Feats: Seiten Taisei moved to level 16.

**Synthetic Human:**
- Clan Art adjusted.
- Features: Synthetic Techniques wording modernized.
- Features: Soft Physique Modification penalty reduced to a -2 from a -3.
- Features: Immune System weird resistance and DR math calculation changing effects
have been removed. DR increased to be equal to your proficiency bonus, instead of
Con modifier.
- Hijutsu: Nature Snake: Great Snake Strike, a new A-Rank Hijutsu, has been added.

**Vesper:**
- Features: Supreme Nightvision now allows you to move up to your full movement
speed in stealth and use Stealth Skill-Based actions as a bonus action. In order to
gain either of these benefits, you must be under the cover of darkness.
- Features: Superior Being reaction at 11th level has had its cost reduced, but can
now only be used up two times per round.
- Features: Entralling Strength (renamed from Overpowering Might) now imposes
disadvantage on a creatures next check or save to end the Charmed condition
inflicted by Vesper Hijutsu or features. A new charm effect has also been added to
this feature.
- Features: Supreme Being completely changed.
- Hijutsu: Blood Drain now uses your unarmed damage. Damage and upcast damage
adjusted.
- Hijutsu: Claws of Night language improved.
- Hijutsu: Rend now has the combo keyword. No longer auto lacerates.
- Hijutsu: Misted Avoidance cost increase by +1.
- Hijutsu: Thrall no longer gives 5 ranks of Charmed, but still retains the same
effects as before.
- Hijutsu: Vampyr no longer gives disadvantage to Wisdom attacks and skill checks
while in sunlight, instead it grants a -1d4 penalty.
- Hijutsu: Throatslicer damage reduced. Autokill below 20% hit points effect
replaced.
- Feats: Tool of Night changed to interact with the Chain experiment.
- Feats: Blessing of the Sage Bat (renamed from Accelerated Healing) adjusted.

**Yamada:**
- Features: Talented Blade language made more clear.
- Features: Balanced Insight now only required 1 Balance Die, instead of 2.
- Features: Single-Swing Style I language made more clear.
- Features: Sharpened Edge exploding die effect more conditions made more strict.
Effects on jutsu such as the Crescent Moon Bukijutsu with special effects upon
rolling die of a certain value changed and reclarified.
- Hijutsu: The entire Multi-Swing Style line have been adjusted to use the Chain
experiment. They also no longer must be cast directly in order, but you gain
special effects if you cast them in order.
- Hijutsu: Kinsho Guard now uses the Chain experiment, and has a new effect when
used in a chain.
- Feats: Asayama Pills now scale of Greater variants of the pills created, but
still provide more resources than said pills.
- Feats: Emotional Nirvana no longer makes balance die into d8s, instead, it allows
you to regain some balance die on initative if you have none left. 1-2 rerolling
effect can now only trigger twice per round.
