1. Concerned machines:
Introduced from: For SA30 machine, the new pump is introduced from the machine number
002-002.

2. Issue and Analysis:

Due to the reason of pump supplier, the old Pump: 322015473
type pump (P/N: 322012145) can not be
used on the SA30 machine any more, the
SA30 machine will equip with a new pump
(P/N: 322015473). In the future if the pump
needs to be changed during repair the
machine, please apply the new pump that
the P/N is 322015473.

3. Retrofit policy:
For the SA30 machine with old pump (P/N:
322012145), if the old pump needs to be
replaced with a new pump, due to the
different size of pump, please apply the
plate (P/N: 334015475) with the new pump
(P/N: 322015473) together. Plate: 334015475

„ The modification for the handle of cover on SA30 machine

1. Concerned machines:
Introduced from: For SA30 machine, the new handle is introduced from the machine number
002-002.

2. Issue and Analysis:

For lock the cover of filtration magazine tightly, the handle has been modified with a new
structure, please refer to the pictures below. In the future please apply the right handle

„ The modification of ballscrew on SA30 machine

1. Concerned machines: SA20/SA30 machine

2. Issue and Analysis:

The new ballscrew of X and Y axis will be introduced on the SA30 machine, the new ballscrew
is compatible with the old type completely, so please apply the new ballscrew to repair the
machine in the future.

„ The modification for the distributors of lubricating system on Z axis

1. Concerned machines:
Introduced from: For SA20 machine, the new distributor is introduced from the machine
number 008-003, For SA30 machine, the new distributor is introduced from the machine
number 002-001.

2. Issue and Analysis:

For improve the lubricating effect of ball
screw and guide way on Z axis, the old
distributors has been replaced with a new
model, they are compatible, so the new
distributors can be used to repair all SA
machines in the future.

„ The modification for the position of heat exchanger

2. Issue and Analysis:

According to the feedback from the market, now the position of heat exchanger has been
changed from the rear to the top of dielectric tank, for details please refer to the pictures
below.

„ Cancel the EDS-07 board from the C axis assy.

1. Concerned machines: SA20/SA30 machine The EDS-07 board has
2. Issue and Analysis: been cancelled.
Now the EDS-07 board that is used for the encoder
of C axis has been cancelled on the current SA
machine, due to the output signal of NPN proximity
switch can be switched to PNP signal via EDS-07
board, so after the EDS-07 board was cancelled, the
NPN proximity switch would be replaced with PNP
proximity switch directly. In future if the proximity
switch needs to be changed for repairing, please
confirm the actual status of machine first, then apply
the right proximity switch assy.

„ Upgrade the CNC software

1. Concerned machines: For SA20 machine, the new software is introduced from the machine
number 008-010, for SA30 machine, the new software is introduced from the machine
number 002-004.

2. Issue and Analysis:

Now the CNC software of SA machine has been upgraded from 03.01.01 to 05.01.01, please
upgrade the software to the current version if the machine needs.

Note: The CNC software 05.01.01 must be used with the servo software 02.03.03
together！

„ Upgrade the servo software on SBC-25 board

1. Concerned machines: For SA20 machine, the new software is introduced from the machine
number 008-010, for SA30 machine, the new software is introduced from the machine
number 002-004.

2. Issue and Analysis:

Now the version of servo software on SBC-25 board has been upgraded from 02.01.06 to
02.03.03, after upgraded the servo software, the part number of SBC-25 board has been
changed from 500070484 to 500075684.
