In pursuit of D.O 26 s. 2022, line 3 of the Specific Functions of the School Governance
Council stating:
The SGC shall recommend to the school, as well as to the LGU through the Local
School Board (LSB) to strengthen support of and relationship with the LGU, relevant
local school programs and projects consistent with national policies or needs-based,
data-driven, gender-responsive and inclusive interventions affecting learners' rights in
education and their welfare;
Hence, Dumalian Integrated School – School Governance Council has proceeded to making
this resolution formalizing the intent to recommend the current School Improvement Plan
(SIP) to the Local School Board (LSB) of Lourdes, Pagadian City.

RESOLUTION NO. 002

SERIES OF 2024

“A JOINT RESOLUTION REQUESTING GOVERNOR VICTOR J. YU PROVINCIAL

GOVERNOR, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUROF BARANGAY OFFICIALS,
SCHOOL PERSONNEL, AND SCHOOL GENERAL PTA OFFICIALS FOR THE REQUEST
AND CONSTRUCTION OF MINI-GYMNASIUM OF DUMALIAN INTEGRATED
SCHOOL, LOURDES PAGADIAN CITY.

WHEREAS, at present, the Dumalian Integrated School has an old stage constructed that
serves as a venue for different school activities.

WHEREAS, the said stage serves also as a gymnasium in school events is outdated and so
small that it cannot cater already the present school's total population since it was converted
to an Integrated School in the year 2022.

WHEREAS, due to the integration and lack of classrooms for the Junior High School
students, the stage serves classroom temporarily for Grade 10 learners.

WHEREAS, the school needs a new gymnasium that can serve its purpose for the school
events and activities.

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion by Brgy. Kagawad Marelou L. Antiola, and unanimously

seconded it was,

RESOLVED FINALLY that copies of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Offices
concerned for information, guidance, and appropriate actions.
