Cardiovascular Endurance – 3 Minute Step Test
Strength – Push up & Basic Plank
Flexibility – Zipper Test & Sit and Reach
B. Skill-Related Fitness
Coordination – Juggling
Agility – Hexagonal Agility Test
Speed – 40 meter sprint
Power – Standing Long Jump
Balance – Stork Balance Stand Test
Reaction Time – Stick Drop Test
F. Application:
- The teacher will group the students into four groups and play a team game activity.

- The same group, the students will compete and garner points each games being played. The winning group
will receive 3 - points higher than the others.
