TITLE: Recreational Activity in Diversity and Inclusion in
Flower PETALS

Performance Objective
To be able to actually participate in Diversity and inclusion in
Flower PETALS for uniting individuals from different places to have their
common uniqueness. This activity provides mental exercise and broad
scope for social interaction.

Equipment, Tools and Materials:


Pens, papers, laptop and internet connection, art paper and
colorful marker.

Procedures:
1. Form a group and hold a meeting regarding the recreational activity in
diversity and inclusion in flower petals.
2. Divide the group in 4 to 6 members in each group and it is one of the
best ways to learn more about each other.
3. All members should be encouraged to make the best of their activity
ideas.
4. All groups should get a large art paper and some colorful markers.
5. Each group should draw a giant flower .It should have a round center
and an equal number of petals to the number of participants in their
group.
6. Each participant should fill the petals with something unique
about themselves- anything that makes them stand out from others.
However, physical characteristics should be ignored.
7. Everyone should fill the center of the flower should be filled with their
‘common’ something.
8. Each team should share the flowers with the other groups to discuss
the differences and similarities.
