DEED OF ADJUDICATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, RHODORA ESPINOSA TUBEZA, married; and ANTONIO

ESPINOSA JR., married, all of legal ages, Filipino and resident of Rizal, Jordan, Guimaras
and San Miguel, Jordan, Guimaras, Philippines, respectively, by these presents hereby state
and declare:

WITNESSETH

That CELEDONIA ESPINOSA, our mother, during her lifetime was the owner of a
parcel of land identified as Lot 6061-E, situated at Brgy. San Isidro, Sibunag, Guimaras,
which said parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot No. 6061-E), situated at Brgy. San Isidro,

Municipality of Sibunag, Province of Guimaras, Island of Guimaras, Bounded on the
N., by Lot6061; on the S., Lot 5946., on the W., by Lot 5946 and on the E., by Lot
6061-I. containing and area of TWENTY THOUSAND (20,000) SQUARE
MERTERS, more or less,”

That Celedonia Espinosa died intestate at Sibunag, Guimaras, leaving without will or
testament, without known and unpaid debts and was survived by her two (2) children’s her
only surviving legal heirs, the declarants herein.

That pursuant to Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, we the herein heirs do
hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the above-described parcel of land.

That for and in consideration of our love and affection to our cousin, LUDOVICO G.
GAMILONG, single, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. San Isidro, Municipality of
Sibunag, Guimaras, Philippines, by these presents we hereby WAIVE, RELINQUISH and
QUIET CLAIM all our rights, interest and participation over the above-described parcel of
land in favor of the said LUDOVICO G. GAMILONG, who may cause the perfection of
issuance of title in his name without any objection on our part.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereunto set and affix our signatures this______ day
