resident of BRGY. CAMBULAGA, SORSOGON do hereby appoint/authorize
JOCYLENE J. SEGUI of legal age, Filipino Citizen and a resident of PRK 3, TUGOS,
WEST DIST., SORSOGON, to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact to do and execute
the following act in our name and in our behalf, to wit;

To Represent,Process, Claim, Assist, Sign, Transact, Execute, Negotiate for and

in our behalf, any important papers/documents of TCT T-55238 which may be necessary
in connection therewith, REGISTRY OF DEEDS, ASSESOR’S OFFICE, LAND
REGISTRATION AUTHORITY, BUREAU INTERNAL REVENUE(BIR), to do
whatever is necessary in our behalf, to carry into effect the power that may be required in
connection therein:

The authority herein shall include such incidental acts as are reasonably required
to carry out and perform the specific authorities granted herein.

That this affidavit was executed to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for any
legal purpose it may serve;
