Few Correction Points in Calibration Certificates

1. The address will be the same as mentioned in monthly analysis lab reports.
2. Instrument Id (SIPL/SV/INS/pH-01) is not mentioned in certificate with number
-FL/C/OT/M/12022024- C001
3. In Conductivity Meter certificate (FL/C/OT/M/12022024-C002), the results measurement
written as TDS form need clarification.
4. In Jar test apparatus certificate number FL/C/M/12022024-C003 the range of calibration
check points should be included with our working range 40 and 180 RPM and the model
number will be corrected FLOC-6D in place of FCOC-6D.
5. In Centrifuge Machine Certificate (FL/C/M/12022024-C004) Instrument id
(SIPL/SV/INS/CM/01) is missing, and the range will be 0-6000 RPM.
6. In Hot Air Oven certificate only two points calibration but our working range of temperature
105 and 180 2105 and 180 °C. So please review that point and the lowest count will be 0.1
°C.
7. In Glass thermometer (FL/C/TH/12022024-C004) id (SIPL/SV/GT-01) need to be added.
8. Same as Hygrometer meter id (SIPL/SV/HM-01) need to be added and calibration
temperature point need to be added at 25 °C.
9. One turbidity meter certificate is missing the details are given below: -
