Hi sir, we are pleased to submit our cost proposal to undertake the design and specifications of the above project, as
follows:
1. SCOPE OF WORKS
1.1 SET OF PLANS WITH SIGNED AND SEALED IN 20” X 30” SHEETS ( 1 set Original and 5 sets Blueprints)
a. ELECTRICAL PLANS with Sign and Seal of Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE)
b. PLUMBING PLANS with Sign and Seal of Master Plumber /Sanitary Engineer
ELECTRICAL PLANS (Electrical General Notes, Electrical Plan Legends, Vicinity Map, Lighting Layout, Power
Layout, Service Entrance, Schedule of Loads and Computation, Riser Diagram, Panelboard Diagram)
PLUMBING PLANS (Plumbing General Notes, Vicinity Map, Plumbing Plan Legends, Water Line Layout,
Drainage, Waste and Vent (DWV) Line Layout, Isometric Diagram of Water Line Layout, Isometric Diagram of
Drainage, Waste and Vent (DWV) Line Layout, Septic Tank Details, Catch Basin/ Area Drain Details and other
Plumbing Details if any)
Other Items:
-PRC ID, Professional Tax Receipts (PTRs) & Cedula of Design Professionals (1 set)
TOTAL ₱ 29,950.00
**Application forms and permits must be provided by the client
A TOTAL COST of TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (Php 29,950.00 in the figure)
3. TERMS OF PAYMENT
30% Downpayment after conforming to the Cost Proposal 8,985.00
30% Progress Billing upon submitting Electrical & Plumbing Plans 8,985.00
40% Final Billing, upon submitting the complete plans & other docs signed and sealed 11,980.00
Php 29,950.00
4. DURATION OF WORKS
Layout, Drafting and Plotting (AutoCAD Works) : 7 to 10 working days
Electrical Computation & Analysis : 2 to 4 working days
Engineering Docs (Technical Specifications) : 2 to 3 working days
Blueprints and Document Printing : 1 to 2 working days
Sign and Seal of Plans and Documents : 1 to 2 working days
5. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a. The Total cost of this proposal is VAT Exclusive.
b. Permit legging is by client’s responsibility.
c. The total sets to be given are 5 sets of plans only. Any additional sets requested by the client
shall be charged per complete set of reprinting and service fees.
d. Works to be done shall be that specified on the scope of works. Any additional works to be
done shall be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of work and shall be
charged accordingly.
e. The designer shall demand the payment first policy, before the commencement of work.
Should you find our proposal acceptable, kindly signify your acceptance by signing in the space provided hereunder
and return to us one (1) signed copy together with your work order, this will serve as our formal working
agreement.
